Very old very bad , not daily cleaning, not rom servise

Very Bad service and AC is not working

There is nothing to like on the property first day night we found bed bug and oooh. My husband went to reception to change the room but he refuse so we ask to change the bedsheet secondly the ac is not working well there some molds as well Bad smell We ask for plastic bag but they didn’t give to change our garbage bag Mini. Bar was there but the fridge was. Lock and what’s more interesting the landline we cannot call Because the wire was not connected if we want to call the reception. There was a coffee and Glass but there’s no spoon if there is rate of less than zero I had to rate it

Property and staff are not good at all security guard is arrogant Even there are some checking in front of us they don’t prioritize the safety Even the security guard at night time they ask us rudely

Please don't stay at this hotel. Here service is not good, too much bad expricence . Room service is provide by security guard, how funny! wash room is not clean, there stuff are not good.

The service was good, the location was fine, cleanness was just fair then the staff were perfect, just there furniture is very old

The hotel say, baniyas Square is 550 meter. Infact this is a very big lie. Infact is more than 550m. Very disappointing, very difficult to find a taxi. Need to go to al gulair or towards baniyas. Very dirty around the hotel. You seem like you are in india. Very bad smell around. I think dubai municipality of dubai have no control to the areas there. All around baniyas ,naif and around is coming same as India. No discipline around these areas. The hotel the ministry of tourism must recheck there star that gave to hotels. Its not seem that a hotel is 3,4,5 star. I want the ministry of tourism and environment make a visit in dubai.

The details on booking.com is not right. The environment is very disgusting. With the bad smell. Same same as India.

Nothing v v bad experience, staff was ok . But Room and bath bads and pillows very dirt, I hav booking two days but leving there one day, be v bad experience

Room desk not properly cleaned having cleaning mark of cleaning cloth, Broken door lock and door lock not working from inside, damaged and old stuff, no or very poor room service, not towel and accessories in bathroom, room light is very low,

Location is good not excellent The room was clean but the construction is a little old so it should be upgraded. But price wise it was very good

The view of a balcony is not good otherwise everything is ok

I booked for king size bed but when I reached they they exchanged with quadruplet meaning they gave my room to someone else.
