All the restaurants are very expensive with basic foods. They should try and keep their guests from leaving the hotel to go and eat somewhere else.

Check in was very quick and Shurti was kind enough to give us an upgrade from a standard room to a superior room . The room was spacious and had a great view of the canal. The reception area is very welcoming with fresh flowers, some fruits and sparkling water . The concierge was very helpful with our bags .

We were very pleased with the hotel (stayed 22-23.07.2025), and Radisson always has excellent breakfasts. I also had an unpleasant situation where I left my laptop in the room after checking out. I'd like to especially thank the hotel staff member, Azmi (from front office team), who helped me send it to Abu Dhabi because I had already left Dubai. I really appreciate it！ I highly recommend this hotel: the location is very convenient (really close to Dubai Mall), the pool has amazing view, our room was clean and had everything we needed.

I like the staff Reception name Magid and Moharb. I booked my room and I arrive earlier noon, I ask him I can’t wait cause my family with me my two toddler he upgraded my reservation and gave me a great nice room. There is a supermarket in the front of the hotel only 20 steps walking , the supermarket met my kids expectations😂. My wife and I like it my kids love it.

Would have been even better if it was close to a metro station! Staff didn't tell me about the shuttle to Dubai mall!!

It’s not near to the metro station. Had to take taxi and Uber everywhere, no big deal, rates were reasonable.

I stayed at Radisson Blu Dubai for 6 nights on a business trip, and the entire experience was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping truly deserves a kudos for maintaining such high standards. The front office staff, breakfast lounge team, and the concierge at the lobby were all courteous, efficient, and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed their delicious pizza and chilled beer at the restaurant—perfect after a long day. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety every morning. A special mention to the 777 club—a great space with games and a relaxed vibe, ideal to unwind after work. Highly recommended for both business and leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

Modern & spacious room with view of canal. Rooftop bar & pool. Restaurant in-house. All the staff were wonderful to mention a few Yash from Yash travel, Pryiush from Bakehouse, Tanya from Bai Restaurant, Emmanuel & Paul the pool guys, TG from housekeeping, pradip & Rakesh - the concierge. Also had body lotion & tissues & tea/coffee facilities in room.
