The water is very hot, the cold option in the faucet wasnt working.

The place was a homey environment and it is quiet. It is simple yet well-maintained with the basic amenities you need that is all available and ready to use. This place is very comfortable to stay and it is also safe (even the parking area). The location is also near Al Ain Mall which. Also, they respond promptly to any of your questions. This vacation home is definitely recommendable and a double thumbs-up! I will surely come back.

When we turn on the aircon, the air that is coming out from it smells bad.The aircon needs to be clean.We ended up just opening our windows.

The aircondition in the room needs cleaning.The air coming out from it smells bad so we have to turn it off and open the windows and let the cool air outside to come in at night when we sleep.

Its walking distance to Al Ain mall and in a quiet neighborhood.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when I arrived. It gone away after some hours of ventilation though. I was woken up early in the morning by a very loud muezzin's proclamation, because there is a mosque quite close to the hotel. Keep in mind that there is no cafes or groceries nearby.

The place is located near the Al Ain Oasis. The room is pretty cozy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out are easy, but one needs to communicate with the host via WhatsApp in advance.

I didn't realize that there wouldn't be a regular stove / oven, as that's what I was looking for to be able to cook with a friend. Nonetheless, Jasmine did provide a single burner electric stove upon request. There was an issue with the fridge being turned off unexpectedly by someone, perhaps the cleaner. I had bought some expensive medicines that needed to be refrigerated and was shocked to find that the fridge had been turned off, especially since the common "kitchen" area isn't air conditioned. Fortunately, it seems like the meds weren't damaged.

Owner Jasmine is very helpful and accommodating. The room is comfortable and quiet.

There was no pot or pan to cook with. So the kitchen there is quit meaningless.

The bathroom was very nice and you had also plates, tea and cups.
