    This is not my first tine at act hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is conformable. The location is prime. Car parking available and free. Staff were Wonderfull. I will come again inshaAllah.

    Breakfast to be improved, add more healthy options like nuts and seeds. But overall the breakfast was nice.

    Big and clean rooms

    Not recommended with people coming by car. No hotel private parking. I had to park in an open area next to the hotel and people park in front of your car because there is not much parking in the area so you have to wait for people to move their cars in the next morning + somebody crashed my car on the side while he was getting his car out of the parking lot and left. No guards guarding the place. Disappointing experience.

    Cleaning stuff was very noisy outside the room , ac sound and doesnt operate well , water heater is not working , i had a cold shower

    Dear Management of ACT Hotel, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel on Friday. I arrived with my family at 12:30 pm, only to be informed that check-in would not be possible until 3:00 pm. This was surprising, as I had received an official email from the hotel a day earlier confirming that check-in would be available from 2:00 pm. When I approached one of your staff members, Mr. Abdelrahman (Egyptian nationality), and explained that we had traveled a long distance with my children asleep in the car, he assured me that the room was ready and required only one hour of cleaning. Despite this assurance, I was kept waiting for more than an hour, during which I experienced a clear lack of consideration and responsiveness from your team. By 2:00 pm, I observed that several guests had still not vacated their rooms, despite the official check-out time being 12:00 noon. This situation further delayed my check-in and reflected a lack of organization and efficiency in managing guest turnover. I have stayed at ACT Hotel on more than one occasion in the past, and I had always considered it an excellent choice. However, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a hotel of your reputation. I sincerely urge the hotel management to take immediate steps to improve check-in and check-out procedures, ensure stricter adherence to policies, and train staff to demonstrate greater professionalism and care for guests.
