United Arab Emirates320 is was good, but when I was entered, I saw on the floor there was a water leak in chicken like leaking, I think in the refrigerator, bad smell andthe utensils are not complete, like bowls, kettle, shopping board, spoon, glass of water.

United Arab EmiratesThe street is not paved or well-maintained. There are not many shops around the hotel. If you have no car, you have to walk a lot to reach restaurants and shops. Some cleaning staff are stingy when it comes to giving you toilet papers, covers, slippers, etc...but if you ask for them, you get them directly. I did not like the fact that there was no breakfast buffet; instead, they brought your meal in a box!! The breakfast was not great at all, although I paid in advance for it: two boiled eggs, some meat sausage, 2 or 3 small pieces of no tasty pancake, salad, 2-3 pieces of cheese, and enough toast (maybe 4 pieces), and some other things. I also did not like the entrance of the hotel as it is dark and decoration makes you feel depressed...but maybe it is an indian thing as I stayed in many hotels and everytime the management or ownership is from India, the decoration and colors used are the same (mostly dark colors)....but this is a personal preference anyway.
The apartment was very large; two bedrooms and one large sitting hall (room). Natural light was excellent in all rooms as the windows were large. Beds were very comfortable and clean. All three TVs worked very well. The sofa was comfortable. The staff was nice and polite. The hotel is very close to Khan Beach, where you can pay 10AED and swim or sit by the beach. You can get your groceries delivered to your room by two nice supermarkets and Baqala (convenience store) located close by. Of course, pizza and fast food can also be delivered directly to your room. Hot water is always available in all bathrooms. There are frig, washing machine, iron, microwave, stove, and kitchen stuff such as pans, cubs, etc.

United StatesThere are some issues in the bathrooms and leakages. AC didn’t work properly. The hot water didn’t work in one room. I had to call the maintenance three four times. Even the phone in the room didn’t work. Every time have to go down to request something. Front deal service is horrible.
The property and the location was good the apartment also good. I like the place. House keeping guys are excellent.
