How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

the maintenance at the hotel facility is not up the mark . rooms are not clean, wash room is not clean as there is blockage at the sink and tub.coakroaches roaming around the rooms .cleanliness to be improved
We have no breakfast option at the facility due to the accommodation typ which we selected & the location was convenient in the heart of Sharjah , Rolla. easy acess to all public transport

Picture showen on. Booking.com are different from actual rooms no slippers no water no facilities in the room we ask for slippers they said they will bring it but then nothing happening parking issues 1 hour waited for other guest just to remove there car so we can move location is good but no parking available is issue you cant call room service there is no landline in room we booked 3 room had same issue

Not comfortable with cleanliness. Window AC unit was full of dust, seems not did servicing for years. Roadside and vehicle passing, creating noise.

Nothing bad.
The room was small, but the bed was comfortable.A very large bathroom with a shower, not modern, but very convenient for someone who likes to spend time in it.The location is good, 14 minutes by foot from Al Jubail Bust sation.

Room was not bad, its just that last time than this one, I stayed in room 201, the bathroom door was deffective. On the last trip I stayed in room 702, the exhaust fan in the washrrom was not working, tissue was not provided. I informed the front desk of both glitches.

There is no parking space for my car and I had to look for almost half an hour to get a far parking and walk to the hotel on feet. The AC was not working AT ALL.
The price is reasonable and the staffs are lovely.

Reception lady was the worst. She was very rude and not welcoming at all. I strongly recommend she must be provided hospitality training. However the gentleman sitting next to her was very polite, humble and showed good understanding and treated me with a warm welcoming smile. And another gentleman at night sitting at reception was a nice and excellent person. I wanted to extend my stay but I decided to checkout just because of the rude behavior of the morning reception lady. She is the worst. Pillow cover was dirty at one side. So I twisted the pillow and used it. There were no slippers in washroom so I had to buy my own from the nearby store and keep it in washroom. No bathrobe was provided. No soap in washroom. However there was body lotion that I used as soap. No free water and tea things in the room.
All staff excluding the morning lady at reception was amazing. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. AC was nicely cold. Wifi was good speed. Hot water in washroom. Free Parking adjacent to hotel was very useful.

Rooms are not uniform, I booked 2 single rooms, 1 had only 1 lamp (light ) - carpet - medium size little fridge. It's air condition was soooooo loud - non working TV - non working telephone The other didn't have a carpet, smelled very weird (they told me it's due to new paint ) , good light , quiet air condition , working TV , very small fridge. Toiletries and rooms do not get cleaned regularly rather you have to ask staff to do it
Near to a beautiful mosque 1 minute walk and many supermarkets Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms don't have a kettle or iron or sth to heat food in but if you ask staff they bring a kettle or iron , and there's a microwave near reception to use Needed to use the telephone as only had electronic sim , reception were happy to help
