The people from the hotel, the staff were outstanding and the hotel is absolutely well equipped and maintained. The rooms are amazing and cozy, modern and really clean. Everything was wonderful and i can just say, I will come back. I stayed in room 1007 which was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and to be honest and felt like staying with friends.

The main pool was closed and we didn't know. That was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel.

The room was not ready at our check in time and we had to wait for 2 hours! It seemed very normal for the reception!

The location, the staff specially Mr. Anesu 😊 the cleanliness! The breakfast was great, you could request many extra and personalized items, which made it easy for the kids!

Tiles on pool floor are broken and subbed covers look a bit tired but I understand the main pool is under regeneration. Would stay here again though.

From a wonderful check in with Robert to the fantastic room with city views, we loved our stay. It’s a perfect location for the summer heat being close to the metro and air con walking passage to the mall. The service and staff were exceptional. The bed was dream comfy. We didn’t want to leave!

Breakfast area was chaotic and staff unfortunately not consistent with guest relations and very few greet, we found ourselves greeting first! Other guests’ luggage were inadvertently placed in our room after we were told our room was ready, then having to wait for our luggage to be located, only to find that it was still in the lobby area, unfortunately put a little damper on the start of our stay !. Fortunately things were later rectified. Breakfast supplies should have little tiny bowls for condiments such as honey and spreads! It is a five star hotel

Enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of options. Friendly helpful staff when wanting information on activities to do. Door staff were very obliging with help for taxis and alerting us to the arrival of our tour drivers. Staff in general were very helpful The hotel location suited our needs

The pool being used was a little underwhelming but the new pool under construction looks like it will be beautiful.

Their main swimming pool area is currently under renovations (this should be completed before the end of 2025), but their outside pool is still nice.

Little Robbie (Robert), Steven, and Akram are super nice and friendly at Reception! We also liked the variety at buffet breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location to access the Dubai Mall. We had a good sized room with a view of Downtown.

Our only issue was the room wasn't ready even by 4pm despite knowing we had been there since 9:30am.

The facilities were great, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was exactly what we were expecting and was perfect. The staff were very accommodating when we asked if they could hold our luggage.
