We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I travel to Dubai frequently, and for the first time, I decided to stay in a guest house. Honestly, it was a wonderful experience, and the location of the house was incredible. I booked the suite with a private bathroom, and it was spacious with a direct view of the sea and Burj Al Arab. I was welcomed by the house manager, Mrs. Salma, who was very kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this amazing place!

The location of the property is superb! The villa is done to a very good standards, kept very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need on your holiday. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, the bed is very comfortable. All the staff at this accommodation were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, nothing is a problem for them to deal with. Salma the manager is a very helpful and a kind person, always available if you have any issues or problems.

United Arab EmiratesNo parking, was very difficult to find parking, and its mainly paid parking if you are lucky to find. The entrance of villa was very clumsy with lots of construction materials with nails you have to step over, was not pleasant. The elevator did not work, and you have to go up the stairs with the luggage. The stairs are very narrow on one side and for kids it was dangerous as going down there was trip hazard and it's hard tile , a fall can be very dangerous. One of my kids 8 year old slipped and I was lucky to catch him. We asked for 2 more small bottles of water as we are a family of 4 and they refused to give and said room comes with 2 bottles. We had just driven from abu dhabi and it was not acceptable the response from the host. At night it was loud and till after midnight the people downstairs were having outdoor getogether and we could not sleep due to the noise.

CyprusCurrently december 2024. All night HEAVY trucks pass by, literaly in 10 meters from the bed. Somehow local laws allow it. The are coming from construction site nearby and back. Not much the hotel can do about this, but you shall be warned to check it first.
Hotel itself is perfect. They also have very nice dormitory. Unlike the room its totally quiet. Location is luxury.
