A leaking exists at the kitchen & toilet. Gas wasn’t refilled so i can use the cooker the whole stay. Water wasn’t provided daily although when u check in u take 2 bottles! So are they a once a stay! If so i would have booked each night separately. And Abdelhamid baught me from his own money as no custody left with him to do any purchasing! Am i begging for ma own right! Finally RULES should be posted on apartment wall for respecting all guests, like: 1- Smoking inside rooms are NoT allowed since the AC ventilation passes smoke to neighborhood rooms! 2- No loud voices especially rooms have separating Gibson board, not concrete. 3- Toilet to be cleaned by each guest after usage & strangers visiting those guests fr

Location & supportiveness of the only employee there Abdelhamid who do all the work. By the way u should give him a raise, or hire 2nd employee to fulfill all guests needs on time due to rush.

The manager ignored my message and not answering my call for cancelling the booking . The room was freezing cold when I checked in , I couldn’t sleep at all nor even stay in the room, but it was fixed after i message the owner in mid night . The place was not clean and have insect when I checked in . No bedsheet , but they changed the bedding after I requested it . When I put the address in booking.com , the google map direct me to different place

Aircondition was freezing cold, not possible to change it, also wrote if they can change it noone replyed, met pretty big cockroach in bathroom and one on departure on hallway.

Bathroom! It was bad, old, other people who were staying there didn't bother to clean the toilet after themselves. There was constant and loud sound of runnig water. Also contact with the property's owner was bad - I asked which floor should I go to reach the place (I ask the question 2 days before comming) and they answer me just 2 hours before the check-in, I didn' t have interenet so I couldn't get the information, so I had to ask other people in the building to call them for me. The building itself also doesn't make good impression (cleanines...).

The room itself was good, air con was working, there was a kettle ect. But you have to choose if you want to use the kettel or keep the fridge going (one electric socket). My room was next to the bathroom and whole day there was a sound or running water (it was from the pipes, not from people usig it in this specific bathroom). Very disturbing (and I am not sensitive to noises). Location was good.

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment with small rooms. When I got there, I did not have a SIM card to call the property manager. I went to a tailor shop next to the building and they kindly made a phone call. From photos, I thought the room had a private bathroom. But the bathroom was shared.

The price was cheap.

1- VERY DIRTY AND 0% CLEAN 2- STAFF ARE VERY BAD AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING 3- BATHROOM MORE THAN TRASH 4- THEY GOT 0% SERVICE 5- NO PARKING 6- ALL FACILITIES ARE LIE AND THEFT 7- I JUST SAW THE ROOM AND DIRECTLY DECLINED IT BECAUSE OF UNCLEANNESS AT THE SAME TIME, AND THEY DIDN'T REFUND OR CANCEL.

Cacroach too many in that rooms and bathrooms, leakage of washroom water supply not good fitting in the tub and not looking good to not good overall irritating

They shift me to other place and put me in the room without ac for one hours after that when am complain Thay said to only this room available ask booking . Com I shout them after that one worker help me and give me other room other wise I think Thay not organize at all

Nicely maintained and cleaning properly plus very good location easily accessible to corniche and WTC. Enjoyed my stay here. Hamid the accommodation supervisor very nice and gentle guy and very helpful.
