I took 2 nights, second day I called house keeping to clean the rooms and it was told that, it will be additional charge. Which suppose to be free.

Anniversary Getaway… with a Side of "One, Two, Mic Check" We booked a two-bedroom residence at The Address Resort Residences Fujairah for one night to celebrate our anniversary, expecting a peaceful seaside escape. What we got instead was front-row seats to a corporate beach party we never signed up for. Upon arrival, we were delighted to learn that all of the resort’s restaurants were off-limits. Our fine dining anniversary dinner? Pizza Hut, ordered through Talabat and eaten in our room. Not quite the romantic evening we had imagined, but hey—who needs ambiance when you have delivery? The hotel conveniently forgot to mention in advance that they had rented out the entire place to a corporate group of 200+ people. So instead of lounging by a tranquil pool, we were treated to the sound of drills, stage setup, and an endless loop of “One, two… mic check” blaring from the beach. It was like attending a sound technician convention—just without the invite. The next morning, we were “gently advised” to skip the breakfast buffet because it would be too crowded with the event guests. At this point, we were just counting down the minutes until we could leave. To top it all off, during checkout, not a single staff member asked how our stay was. Not even a “hope you enjoyed your time.” Just a polite nod and a printed bill. Perfect ending to a truly underwhelming experience. If you're thinking of booking here, be sure to call ahead and ask if the entire resort has been hijacked for an event. Unless, of course, you’re into surprise parties… you’re not invited to.

Everything was perfect

The Address Residences were amazing - I will be back! Beautifully appointed apartment, that was spacious, generous in its offerings, and quiet and private while still offering beach views and proximity to the Address Hotel facilities. The bathrooms were plentiful, beds and pillows super comfortable and the kitchen provided contained all that you need to actually cook - this is so unusual in a serviced apartment, a big thank you to whoever thought that through! Can recommend - having stayed now in both the hotel and the apartment, I would recommend the apartment every time as you can indulge in the hotel facilities while also ensuring some space and quiet. Incredible weekend!

I have to admit that our stay at Address Fujairah apartment was way above expectations the apartment clean ,furniture new . I would recommend this hotel for staycation as the customer service experience is awesome.
