Overall the villa was a little tired but still well kept and clean. The shower door didn’t shut all the way so it would flood outside of the shower room every time we took a shower.

Service staff were helpful and attentive, theatre room was a nice touch for the kids. Beds were very comfortable, we were very grateful for plenty of water provided, breakfast spread was good

We recently had the privilege of staying at a hotel that left an everlasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Mr. Essam & Mr. Amr at the front desk & that made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay a remarkable experience. Specially the assigned dedicated villa butler Mr. Mohamed Haddad. The attention to detail in the luxurious rooms and the impeccable amenities provided showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The pool area was an oasis of calm, with comfortable loungers and attentive poolside service that made unwinding an absolute delight. The chef sent us a cake for our friend who we were celebrating the stay for and it was amazing, we couldn't stop eating it. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect of service, comfort, and facilities, but this establishment effortlessly achieves that feat. They have mastered the art of hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel not only welcomed but cherished. Our time here was an unforgettable experience, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relish in their exceptional service once again.

In master bedroom the smart lighting of the bathroom is annoying as it switches on everyte we walk by toilet . And the bathroom window glass is very annoying when we sleep

The staff where entering the villa without permission, also the room was supposed to be arranged ,I was surprised that they didn’t do the arrangement while they confirmed they will do it, and after i asked them to do it after we arrived they took a long time which make our stay shorter

This kind of property should have high level of the staff who are managing let me be Franck the first day of my staying I had a visiter for me and my wife so it was more than the limit that is correct but the way the the managing director fady talk to me In front of my guests was very bad and he speaks to me on very bad ways he could talk to me smartly and politely but he didn’t he spoke to me and humiliated me In front all the guests and hotle staffs While in that day to avoid any inconvenience I took the restaurant of the hotle for my guests and spend more than 3 000 aed to solve the problems Finally I thanks Essam and other team who respect me and talked to me smartly without injuring me I also stopped the visiters to respect the hotle rule

Did not meet the expectation Jacuzzi in room and outdoor wasnt working Sauna not working in spa For how expensive it is , def did not meet expectations

The check-in was a bad experience. The villa was not ready upon check-in time The ground floor (living room) was smelly when we checked in( need more attention and refresher training the air) The swimming pool was dirty, full of plastic cups (I think no one cleaned it) One of the rooms was against booking information (in the booking was mentioned all rooms with double beds) For such facilities I think the managing stuff should take care more to be to high stander od customers satisfaction.
