We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations — although we do wish to gently clarify a few points for future reference. Your booking was made for 1 adult and 3 children in one room, and as clearly stated on both Booking.com and your confirmation, our rooms come with either a king bed or twin beds, with the option to request your preferred setup upon check-in. We had both available, and our reception team is always happy to accommodate preferences when communicated. Regarding sleeping arrangements — we do offer extra beds, also stated in the booking terms and conditions. If these were needed, a simple request at the front desk would have solved the issue promptly. As for the interconnecting rooms, these require the booking of two rooms, which wasn’t the case in your reservation. Unfortunately, we can’t connect a second room you haven’t booked for it for the same date. We do notice that you have two reservations for different dates which overlapped with each other for some days. If you needed a connecting set during this time, all you have to do is ask our dedicated front desk team. In terms of the TV channels, we offer a wide variety of channels in several languages for our guest to enjoy. We appreciate your comments and always strive to improve, but it’s equally important to highlight that we make all booking details transparently available before and after the reservation is made.
