I stayed at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel and it was an experience I’ll never forget. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over the Palm and a serene atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at peace. My room was beautifully designed, combining luxury and comfort with a wellness-inspired touch. The facilities are fantastic, whether it’s relaxing by the infinity pool, enjoying the private beach, or dining at the resort’s restaurants, every detail feels thoughtfully crafted. What truly made my stay special, though, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable with personal touches and surprises that left me feeling genuinely cared for. I can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a sanctuary that balances relaxation, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality.

The activities the had, tried the breathing and yoga activity, best way to start the day. The staff was really friendly , helping and really organised. Would like to comment on the good work and friendliness of Francis the safeguard and Sheila in reception. Would repeat the experience 100%

Very much impressed with the hotel and location , opted for half board , quality and variety of food was fantastic . Staff is very cooperative and hospitality also very good , it was a less rush day hence they upgraded to one suite which was very kind of them with good view . As a smoker, there were 2 designated areas. It was a long walk to get there. If you fancied a drink, then this is a non-alchoholic hotel. You will need to get to the next hotel nearby for a drink.

The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff were all brilliant and very helpful. The place was very clean and tidy with good size room and facilities.

We liked everything. But there are some suggestion the hotel may consider. Room size could have been bit bigger, considering a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai. We felt food spread could have been bit more 5 star like - for example there was no Sushi for a sea-food night!!!! We felt the pool is small and crowded.

The location is excellent. The customer service is very good and all the staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Overall great value for money and will visit again.

Perhaps a bit of cleaning especially the sofa and flooring.

The one bedroom is very spacious and staff are friendly and accommodating. They Kids Club, hooraaay to the parents like us!
