The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety and quality. Although our stay was short, we managed to enjoy the pool, which was very pleasant.

I had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The property is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The pool area is one of the best I’ve seen—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are elegant, well-maintained, and offer a real sense of luxury and comfort. Dining options are excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines and top-quality service. I especially loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality from the staff—they went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The location is ideal as well, just minutes away from the Grand Mosque, yet still offering a peaceful and resort-like atmosphere. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation, luxury, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for leisure or a special occasion

I stayed for 2 days at the Ritz Carlton in August. Great service and very well equipped hotel. Good service from check in, as well as the doormen / security when we first came in. When we were leaving, who reminded us of everything and made sure our car was ready for a quick departure. And all staff who provided great service everyday with the welcoming and valeting service

The breakfast buffet service could be improved. At times, the service was a bit slow, and I occasionally had to repeat my request to more than one staff member before it was delivered. I do understand they were busy and under pressure, but I believe a little more attention in this area would make the experience even better.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely outstanding. It was a truly remarkable and luxurious experience to the highest standards. The services provided were exceptional, and the warm, professional attitude of the entire team made my stay unforgettable. I would especially like to recognize Selvia, Angela, Hamdy, John, and Shamir, along with all the reception and housekeeping staff. Their dedication and hospitality were among the main reasons that turned my stay into such a special and memorable experience. Every thing was great

Just to provide a feedback as it won't seem right to recieve such a wonderful hospitality without a thank u. We appreciate every thing and every member of ur team, up from the start at the check-in with the exceptional customer service provided with ur professional team Mr. Mahdi and Ms. solafa, at the pool with the amazing Mr. Kushal (if I remeber the name right) and up to the end of our journey.  Everybody was adreesing me by name where ever I go even at the valet parking which I never experienced before? The attention to derails is remarkable especially at the pool with the free water/bucket of ice, the cold towels and the ice cream. More over and what amazed me the most is the guy who was offering everyone at the pool to clean their glasses!!!! Well done to all and to the master mind behind all this success.  Thank you once again and I will definitely recommend the hotel and come again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff and the hotel were incredible. They went above and beyond to make us feel special. Our suite was spacious, clean and had every facility you may need. The bed was comfier than the one we have at home! They included personalised touches like cake and fruit platters, personalised cards and a bouquet of flowers. The restaurant’s were delicious. We dined at the Lebanese restaurant and had the most amazing lamb chops! The staff were so friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent, there was lots of variety and even a cheesecake cart for breakfast! At the poolside we were offered drinks and complimentary water, ice, lollipops and cold towels to keep us cool in the heat! We would like to mention a few staff members who made our stay memorable; Jesslen, Selvia, Mary, Thomas, Mohamed and Asman. Thank you for everything you do! We will definitely be back soon

Wasn’t aware about the visit to check the mini bar before check out. It was fine overall as the gentlemen was courteous and quick, just would have been nice to know in advance

Now I truly understand what sets Ritz Carlton apart from other hotels - its the small things and attention to detail. Moment you walk in, from the cheerful valet staff to the gentlemen offering Arabic coffee. Check-in took less than 2 mins. Day 1, started with goody bag for our son followed by a surprise evening snack, a platter with mini donuts, marsh, gummies and chocolate. Made his day and set the tone for 3-day staycation. They have a kids club too with qualified staff dedicated to take care of little ones. small things like providing water in ice bucket near the pool or the complimentary ice lollies to beat the heat. Everyday, there was a small but meaningful gesture to make our stay exceptional. Plus the hotel is making serious efforts to reduce plastic. All the water bottles were glass. Great breakfast and room service too! Gluten free options and Fresh cheesecake trolleys!!
