    The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly & happy to assist. The rooms were spacious and were well thought out regarding the aesthetics etc. we were blown away when we first walked into our room! An amazing hotel with plenty to offer.

    The bath towels in the room were thin. Would have been nice to have a bag/basket in the room that could be taken to the pool or water park. I felt the prices regarding food and beverages were crazy!

    The attention to detail on service and caring for the comfort of the guests

    When I requested for a delayed checkout bcoz of my toddlers nap time clashing with checkout the lady on the guest service phone line asked me to physically go to the receptionist and request the same. I don’t expect this from a hotel that’s supposed to spark luxury and comfort in every aspect.

    Everything we had a memorable weekend. Nonstop activities and things to see and do.

    The variety of the pools and kids attractions specially Aquaventure park many pools and restaurants to enjoy.

    I liked everything except for the check out from the hotel bit.

    I did not like that the check out queue was undefined, we had an angry man who barged in when it was our turn to check out and said he was there before us but honestly we did not know that because he stood really far away from us and was not anywhere near or behind where we stood.

    Exceptional quality and service. Great atmosphere and experiences on offer.

    Unable to take my 14 year old son to some restaurants later in evening.

    The seaview room is very comfortable for a small family. Balcony is spacious, beds and pillows are so comfortable. Room slippers are soft and fluffy. Everything provided has luxurious touch pn it. Breakfast at Gastronomy is amazing as well. 18 live stations provide large varieties of choices. It is ppen from 7am to 12:00.

    Long waiting time at check-in. And the room cards were not activated to operate the lift. We had to walk back and waited again. Thats a bit disappointed.
