I think the price is a little on the high side. Some of the pricing at the hotel was also higher than expected, compared to more local spots. Yes, this is normal, but it was 20% higher than expected. For example, sunscreen was $30 USD when at another hotel the same was $16. The all-inclusive option is worth considering if you plan on eating and drinking a lot.

Location is perfect, about 40 minutes from St John's. Recommend renting a car vs a taxi, if you like to have freedom to leave the hotel. The staff was wonderful, attentive and genuine. They were very helpful in assisting us with reservations off-site, booking hikes with a guide and overall. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at all of the places we ate at.

Restaurants are too expensive for the quality they deliver. Breakfast could have more variety at the buffet and fast service for the dishes. In general I think two thirds of the price would be the more adequat value for money.

They went out of their way for my birthday. The beach. Cocktails.

I could not get a receipt for what I paid for my room either when I checked in or out, and they just showed me an amount they put on my card to hold. But it didn’t make since to me, because of what we were quoted. The roads are horrible but I know that no fault of the hotel.

Condition of some tennis courts - resurfacing and maintenance would be great so that all 7 tennis courts are in good condition to play and enjoy!

Location of the hotel in a beautiful bay, the wonderful beach, having tennis courts at the hotel, tennis pros Nigel and Rennie, tasty breakfast, option to do water sports, and lots more!

Beautiful stay, our rooms right at the beach. The thing that touched us the most, were the beautiful people working there. Always with a smile. The restaurants were great. We have had a wonderful stay.

Having to reserve your sun-bed every morning Menu in restaurants similar every day - although you did have 4 to choose from! Brochure mentions quieter area of beach for couples etc but this was used by families with young children so not always peaceful and relaxing!!

The suite was luxurious, everywhere was spotless, staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make your stay the best ever! Spa treatments excellent.

I thought the Italian Sparkling water could have been provided by a carbonating machine on site in recyclable plastic bottles.

Superb orientation for the view especially the sunset. Very good transfer time from airport and easy access to English Harbour

My room had a leak which made half my clothes wet as my case was directly under the leak. The manager sorted it out quickly and gave the issue attention (also dry cleaned my clothes) but I was expecting something more… Maybe a complimentary treatment or something as it was a bit of an inconvinience waking up to half your clothes being wet. Nevertheless, these things happen but I would still give this place a 10/10.

Amazing facility! Love the staff and service is unmatched. Resort is beautiful and attention to detail is terrific. Food at all resturants is amazing and the beach is beautiful. I went for all inclusive and it was priced fairly and well worth it as the cocktails are amazing. No surprise charges at the end and make sure to use the spa, tennis and take advantage of the amazing activities ( a lot of them are complimentary ).

fabulous location of beautiful shallow beach with brilliant snorkelling. clean comfortable well designed rooms with good outdoor space. good variety of restaurants. lovely staff.
