Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandThe road to the place and the beach od adventurous, but we were excited to take it! Don't be that much afraid to drive there ;)
Amazing location and hosts. They have a roof top hammocks and place to sit and eat while watching stunning view of the sea. Good food at the bar and the accommodation is on reasonable price. The internet worked very well. The place is so close to the most beautiful beach in Albania. We loved it.

HungaryBathroom is really really small, but nothing what you cannot handle for couple of nights ( spent 5 )
Adrian Agustin rooms is place for "adult" people. Do not expect some "five-star" hotel; it´s a small family business. This place is for people who are looking for tranquility in the real Albanian countryside, with all the little adventures they involve. View of olive groves, Sasaj hills, the Mediteranean Sea, and Corfu islands. Wake up to the ringing of cowbells and the crowing of a rooster. Taste delicious cousine, local beer, and home-made red wine. Enjoy a snow-white pebbly beach and a crystal-clear sea. The road on location is dusty and rocky, but nothing that most cars and drivers cannot handle (do not worry, unless of course you have a Ferrari with a chassis only a few cm above the road ;-) ). The building is nice. Rooms are simple, but functional. The bathroom is really small (shover, toilet, and sink inside one small room), but for a couple of nights it´s OK. The price of the room is very good, price of the food is higher, but you will not regret, it´s delicious. Wi-fi is good. The owner and his family are very nice people. Nature and the sea are beautiful. I recommend snorkeling and checking out the local sea life.

JordanThis is the definition of a friendly successful family-business. I will talk about why the place is excellent later, but I must first talk about the owners. Chris and Petra are kind and lovely. They really do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay. They are always smiling and always helpful with attention to details. Their kindness takes this place to the next level. As for the place, definitely one of the best places I have stayed at. The location is perfect: in the middle of nature, calm, relaxed, and peaceful. A quick walk to one of longest beaches in the Riviera, clean and not crowded. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the facilities in general are excellent. The hammocks on the roof give you stunning views. Another excellent point is the fact that Chris and Petra run a little restaurant there. This makes life so much easier. You can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner, coffee, fruits...etc. Honestly I was surprised with how affordable it was compared to the quality of the food and service. You must try the pizza! Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with everything this place had to offer. This place is the perfect getaway. I saw solo travelers, couples, families, and they all seemed to enjoy it. I will certainly come back in the future. Thank you Chris and Petra!

United StatesThe bees bothering us at breakfast and the lack of towels/sheets provided in the room and for the beach. The road down to the guesthouse was tricky, windy and rocky - only go here if you are adventurous.
Stunning location with great views of mountains and beaches, only a 10 minute walk down to beach, friendly staff and nice restaurant. Loved the cows and animals being shepherded nearby and the relative quiet and privacy of the beach.

United StatesThe road to get there is a disaster - it’s possible without a 4x4, but it’s scary. We had to rush to get back before sunset and then couldn’t go out again once dark. Also, the staff is not accommodating and not so nice. There was also an ant issue in the kitchenette area of our room.
The place itself was very cute - completely in nature with sea views.

United KingdomAVOID AT ALL COST. Dirty, smelly, moldy room. Bedding and towels not white, but gray and smelly, washed probably in the summer of 2023 (we were probably the first guests this year 2024, end of April) The worst room in terms of cleanliness we have ever stayed in Albania, we have stayed in several, some even cheaper. We booked for 2 nights, only stayed one. In general, we couldn't stand the dust, dirt and unpleasant smell. Even the very small toilet didn't bother us, but it was dirty too. We booked this room because of the beachfront location (it is not) it is a 25 minute walk down the road and the restaurant and bar were not open yet (no information on their website about opening dates) although there were better places nearby for stay at the same price, much better. But the worst was the host named Manil (if I remember the name correctly) He didn't bother to apologize or just say - our fault, we will clean your room. We asked him to wake up his probably son? who speaks English to resolve the situation, didn't care at all, didn't wake him up, just brushed us off. We did not feel welcome at all, we were traveling with our 4 year old daughter who asked us why this room was so smelly and dirty. A very unpleasant experience, especially for our daughter. The hosts are dishonest and unsympathetic. Tragedy. Don't believe the positive comments, they are as insincere as their hosts. And read all of them carefully, because there are many dissatisfied people, we read the first few (our mistake

United KingdomMany things: -Nothing was right -Don't believe false positive opinions -There are no meals and I don't think there were any We asked the host if we could have dinner with him, but he didn't even bother to answer us.We got there before 7 p.m., good thing we had our own food -Take your own light bulbs with you, because the room is dark and there is only one light bulb, the other one is unscrewed. -Only one small mirror bulb in the bathroom,no main lighting, the tap is leaking -There are also no enough light bulbs in the corridor -The room furnishings are dingy -Ruined chairs and rusty clothes dryers -Old TV and dusty things -The towels are not white, but gray and old -You can't cook anything on the stove, only heat it up a little, because it keeps turning off -The road to the hotel is terrible, not every car can get there-off road -There is no parking near the host -We ordered a room with 2 beds and only got one sheet -The host does not speak English; He is not a nice and honest man.So after our departure, the owner tried to invalidate our reservation, even though we paid him cash. -The sea is 1.2 km from the building, not as close as pictured. It is a similar distance to the village. -We stayed in various hotels in Albania, but this one is definitely the worst. We have stayed in much better hotels for less money.
A not bad view, nothing more. The small fridge and air conditioning luckily worked.
