Great location clean new room

At check-out day, after leaving the hotel room, there is no room for the luggages, if somebody leaves the hotel at the afternoon.

We had a seaside room with balcony, it is really silent, because the road is at the other side of the hotel. The seaview is beautiful. The personel is really helpful and friendly, the breakfast is tasty. The room is tidy, the cleaning personel is tactful. The sunbed and parasol rental is free for the hotel guests at the beach. The wifi is fast. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The third bed in the room was a bit uncomfortable for an adult, it was basically an armchair bed, but we managed.

The property located very close to the beach, restaurants, markets. Also, the property restaurant is very good with various kind of food. For us was a place we want to return to.

The only real downside was the lack of reserved parking, which could lead to delays—though in our case, it was probably just bad luck, as we ended up waiting about thirty minutes to leave because other cars were blocking us. Also, check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but we had to wait a bit longer since the room wasn’t ready, and even though there was a restaurant in the hotel, coffees weren’t offered despite the late check-in. But those are details compared to tje good sides.

The location was excellent, with a private beach and sun loungers reserved for each room, which was great. The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast offered plenty of choice and was very good. In the evening, there was a lively atmosphere, as the main street with all the activity was just near the hotel. There was also a private parking area for cars, which was very convenient.

Probably one of the best value hotels at Durres beach. Wide parking area, perfect rooms (renovated), excellent restaurant and direct access to the private beach (with shallow water, perfect for family with small childrens). Personal is wery kindly and they will fulfill every your wish. In o e word - PERFECT!!!

No laundry facility, can be a bit tricky for longer stays with the family. But hotel does provide fresh beach towels for a nominal fee.

Good hotel, recently built, feels fresh, clean and new. Great central tourist location. Right on the private beach. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Parking is available in front of the hotel entrance, at the times it can be busy but there's always a spot available. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal, fresh fruit, delicious eggs, great coffee and cakes!

The only downside isn’t the hotel’s fault but still affected our stay: the neighboring hotel, Elba, blasts live music every night from 9pm to midnight, mostly a mix of pop and turbo folk. Sitting on the balcony in the evening became kind of unbearable, and we ended up avoiding the hotel restaurant altogether. The receptionist said they keep reporting it, but nothing changes. It’s a shame, because this really is a great place otherwise.

Excellent, newly renovated little hotel in Golem, just a few steps from a lovely beach. Our room was spacious and comfy, and the balcony was huge with a sea view that made it even better. Breakfast was good, with lots of dessert options (always a plus). The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The beach itself is really nice, and we loved having our own sunbeds and umbrella included.

This is one of the smaller hotels on a very long promenade. It has its own beach area with loungers and an umbrella at no extra charge. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The room was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and will assist you with whatever you need. They have a lovely outside area where you can relax. I would recommend this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adriatic 2 hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—truly second to none. The hygiene and cleanliness of the entire property were flawless. The rooms were spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. Waking up to the sound of waves and stepping out onto a balcony with a sea view was the definition of peace. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which offered a variety of fresh, delicious meals. The hotel is right on the beach, with its own private section, which meant no crowds and plenty of space to unwind. The loungers were comfortable. Overall, this was a truly rejuvenating experience. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with impeccable service, pristine facilities, and direct beach access, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely lovely staff! Kind, helpfull and accomodating staff behind the reception. Restaurant servers, really friendly and charming from morning till night. Breakfast was delicious and evening meal was also good. Rooms clean. Manager very nice.

Rooms located to the road are having noise from this road during the night. Terrace can be adjusted with some plants & decoration to attract people.

The rooms were great, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right at the beach, the sunbeds and umbrellas were provided for free. The breakfast was amazing, great variety and tasty. We missed a freezer in the fridge, but the staff did a favour for us and froze the cooling pads the night before we checked out, so it was no really an issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we really appreciate it.. We would love to come back soon 😀

Excellent hotel! I've stayed in a deluxe room, very comfortable and modern, cleaned every day. The hotel staff was very friendly. You have your spot on the beach during the stay and a parking lot as well. The hotel restaurant offers and freshly made food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who want to spend a relaxed holiday in Durres.

We couldn't figure out how to close the shutter or turn the balcony light off so the room was quite bright at night (not a big deal)

Nice welcoming ladies on check in, beautiful room - expected the older wooden chalet style but turns out we booked the newer style which was so comfortable, bright, clean. Lots of small but thoughtful touches like a full length mirror and enough hooks in the bathroom for toiletries, fluffy white towels and slippers. No issue with parking. View of the sea from our 5th floor - lovely sunset! good location on the promenade - great value for money.

Personally I missed having a kettle in the room. I like to chill quietly on the balcony with a nice cup of tea to enjoy the view.

For a 3 star hotel I was a bit anxious as to what to expect especially due to previous experiences of 3 star hotels in other countries but I was pleasantly surprised by everything. We booked the triple room with sea view which was indeed lovely 😎. The owner was always exceptionally attentive, always made sure we were ok and took the time to talk with us, restaurant staff were always friendly, A big thank you to Mikael who always made everything perfect for us and provided some good conversation and valued insight. All staff members from reception to house keeping staff were great. Beach facilities were good and the hotels beach area was clean and well kept. Honestly had the most relaxing time. Would come and stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June. Really good place to enjoy some days of rest at the beach as they have their own beds close to a clean sea, if there is strong wind, you can find some grass in the water. Room is spacious, good shower, airco and bed. Breakfast has enough variety. From fresh fish to pizza to meatballs and veggies and great service from Mikel and Ardit. And if you have some issue in the hotel, Edison is your guy, always happy to help.
