Isolation in the rooms was horrible, actually it doesn’t exist at all. We could hear guests above us when they talk, when moving the chairs or so, not to mention same floor rooms and hearing everything from it. The receptionist was kind of weird on the edge to be intimidating to us- no smile, no talking, like a robot with very limited communication skills, kind of weird for someone works in hospitality and tourism branch. Location was also poor, as the traffic to reach the hotel by car from nearest beach can take more than 45-60 minutes on a daily basis. Balconies are with very low deference so it’s pretty risky if you are visiting with small kids, we were all the time in the stress mode, afraid will children get out of our sight and throw from the balcony.

Cleaning service was every day which is very good.

Luck of shower stall..

Great location, balkony with great view of vlora bay. The room was cozy and comfortable. Guzzum and his daughter were very nice and welcoming.

I think the least pleasant point will have been the room having been prepared for an Apartment Hotel, that is, it had counter, pipes for the water heater and washing machine but then without dishes, glasses, etc. We think we can make a small meal and it doesn't.

For the area I think it is a good option. The room was large and served perfectly. Breakfast was good, continental and staff accessible. We have parking despite something tight sometimes. Having a swimming pool and sauna is also a good point after a day trip to relax, especially if we have a child.

The overall experience was truly amazing. From the cheerful and helpful staff to the stunning room view and excellent facilities, everything exceeded expectations. Parking was always available, and there was always someone ready to assist with any matter, at any time. I definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return once the expansion is complete. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice little kitchen area. Very big bathroom but no shower curtain so everything got a bit wet. Balcony had a sea view. Indoor pool was good. The top floor has a really good area that is used for breakfast in the morning but we were able to sit and watch the sunset. Really good meal at restaurant call Summer nearby. Parking very useful.

Bathroom smells like mouldy water It’s a long walk to beaches, and taxi seems to take 45 mins to even get to you so we drove ourselves to old town or walked about 35 mins to the main beaches. Hot tub was quite dirty, it needs chlorine and ph added to it (I know because I owned one like it) regularly and some buttons missing/not working to activate all jets. The sauna smelt like bad feet.

Pool is nice. Staff are great and rooms are pleasant to sleep in Breakfast was very good, as was the restaurant in general. The bar is cool also at night at the top, great team they have

If you want to be close to the beach, this is not the right hotel for you. Also, the restaurants are not close by. The restaurant of the hotel has good food and a great view. However, food needs to be reserved upfront, and the service was not great.

The swimming pool was amazing and the view from the restaurant was great as well.

The water of the pool was a bit cold. The entrance was signaled but was by a messy and narrow street. The shower had no curtain or glass. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were too small.

The swimming pool, the spa, and showers from the leisure place inside. The water was old and would need to be changed. For the rest, quality price thinking, it’s ok.

The appartement was super for 4 persons. Breakfast was ok.

The water tank was anoying because of continuous noises. There was a tap, but we missed some cutlery available in the room. We went breakfast 45 min before closing time and they did not replace more food, there were several things run out of.

The room was modern and comfortable. The jacuzzi and spa area was amazing, we enjoyed being there. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the terrace are incredible. There is free parking available in the hotel. There are blinds, so you can sleep better in the early morning.

There were just 2 problems in our room. The bidet was detached from the floor and needs fixing. And the hotel was having an issue with their water pressure system so the pipes made a slight squeeling noise. In the room, the big window has a blind, would be nice to have that for the balcony door as well. One day in the pool area some young guys were playing quite rambunctious, they may have been friends of the staff, as they seemed very familiar with the place.

Incredible views, good breakfast, the pool area is nice, even with a sauna, hot tub and table tennis. Friendly staff. The room has a fridge and a kettle. Nice hot shower and a cute balcony. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but it looks good.

We had an amazing stay in was with my bestie we stayed the night our shower was but fussy the front of the house was very kind to give us a suite upgrade. Jacuzzi was so good Breakfast could be upgraded a bit. Overall lovely Thanks
