Comfortable and clean room. Nice pool. Good accomodation for the money value.

The size of the appartment! The view of the hotel.

The hotel seems to be not finished! A lot of things damaged or missing like the protection on the shower which is missing and the whole floor gets wet! Near the swimming pool a lot of screws are not isolated hence the possibility to get injuried is very high. Finally, my wife forgot her makeup in the bedrom and we have asked the property, after get out, if we could pass by to take. However they said "They did not find it". Which is impossible, because she used it in the day before, and right in the morning when we are heading to the new hotel she noticed she forgot it.

We found hairs on the beds sheets and floor We had the rooms next to the entrance and lift There is a LOUD noise from the bathroom or outside like a pump like Beeping all nights on and off and we didn’t sleep even kids could not fall asleep was really loud! Next one is the air conditioning water is dripping on each other and makes noise but maybe by closing windows is ok . It’s located on the hill difficult for family to walk around to see things I would suggest if you go here hire a car or take taxi .(also traffic gets bad on that road when is peak hours) They didn’t have restaurants or bar in use during the day . We had terrible night because we could not sleep in that apartment ,maybe other rooms are better !

Cleaning service was every day which is very good.

Isolation in the rooms was horrible, actually it doesn’t exist at all. We could hear guests above us when they talk, when moving the chairs or so, not to mention same floor rooms and hearing everything from it. The receptionist was kind of weird on the edge to be intimidating to us- no smile, no talking, like a robot with very limited communication skills, kind of weird for someone works in hospitality and tourism branch. Location was also poor, as the traffic to reach the hotel by car from nearest beach can take more than 45-60 minutes on a daily basis. Balconies are with very low deference so it’s pretty risky if you are visiting with small kids, we were all the time in the stress mode, afraid will children get out of our sight and throw from the balcony.

The accommodation is really good, but a car is necessary because it's a bit far from the main restaurants at the beach. The breakfast is perfect, and the rooftop view is amazing. If you want a calm stay with a pool and an awesome panorama of the ocean, city, and mountains, it’s ideal. There are some restaurants and little markets right around the corner, and you can get to the center of Vlora by car in 10 minutes (with a lot of traffic, which is common). The beaches north from the hotel are sandy and in the south with gravel. In my opinion the Narta Beach is the best option, but located in the other end of the city.

Great location, balkony with great view of vlora bay. The room was cozy and comfortable. Guzzum and his daughter were very nice and welcoming.

Luck of shower stall..

The location is very nice and so is the staff.

We booked it last minute so just got the smallest room option because it was for one night but we did not have hot water until the morning we were leaving. We notified the staff when we checked in they said they fixed it while we went out to dinner then we came back still wasn’t hot or warm and instead of just transferring us rooms they said they fixed it and they did but the heater took until the morning to heat up water enough for one 5min shower. Not to mention the first time we turned on the shower the shower head popped off. There is also no shower curtain or glass. The bathroom as a whole is not big enough to extend both of your arms to the side at the same time. So when you shower water is getting everywhere.

For the area I think it is a good option. The room was large and served perfectly. Breakfast was good, continental and staff accessible. We have parking despite something tight sometimes. Having a swimming pool and sauna is also a good point after a day trip to relax, especially if we have a child.

I think the least pleasant point will have been the room having been prepared for an Apartment Hotel, that is, it had counter, pipes for the water heater and washing machine but then without dishes, glasses, etc. We think we can make a small meal and it doesn't.

Hotel is really nice, view amazing , nice pool area and really good breakfast. The apartment was clean , as per pictures. It's got nice small playground outside and we never had issues with parking. I read it is only accessible by car but that's not true , nearest small shop is 4min walk, restaurant and bigger shop maybe 8min away. We were also able to walk to the beach and restaurants in center it is abou 35min walk one way with uphill on way back but it's manageable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that comes to mind were the roosters that were waking us up around 4am, but it's not hotel's fault and got its own charm

The overall experience was truly amazing. From the cheerful and helpful staff to the stunning room view and excellent facilities, everything exceeded expectations. Parking was always available, and there was always someone ready to assist with any matter, at any time. I definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return once the expansion is complete. It had onsite parking…….and that’s about it.

We travel a lot and I don’t very often rate a hotel if it’s poor but I feel everyone needs to know a few home truths about this place. It is located at least 30 minutes walk from the beach not 14 minutes!!! The road to the beach is dangerous and not fit to walk (it’s steep) you will need a car if you want to go anywhere. The lady on the reception was rude and more interested in her phone than helping us with our stay. When we got to our room there was a strong smell of sewage and that filled the room for the whole of our stay. Very run down room that looked out onto a building site. We could not sit on the balcony for the noise and leaking AC units from above. The pool area was very rundown and not fit for purpose and the jacuzzi was empty. At 7:30 the builders started using their jack hammers along with lorries beeping their horns. Breakfast was a joke as I had to ask if they were going to replace any of the empty trays and after a few grunts from the staff they brought out a few items that were cold. Coffee was not drinkable and there were no other options apart from juice. The walls in the room are very thin and you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door. You can hear people walking on the floor above and dragging chairs. We put the fridge on and it flooded the living area. I wish we had booked another hotel instead of persevering with this one. If you have got this far in reading my review please do yourself and your family a favour by avoiding at all costs.
