The bathroom was really dated & basic. The bed was very hard.

We searched hotel with the pool, and at this hotel technically it was a pool, but without a water, stuff sayd we hoping that we will fill it in first day, bet how it was empty stayd still empty week. Breakfest was the same every day, eggs, sausages.

The host is great. We had problem to find property so she came with her car to meet us at the exit of Ksamil while Agrume Inn is located in the entrance.

Although the room was clean our bed sheets were stained; we went out in the middle of the day and returned to housekeeping having changed our sheets without asking, these sheets were also stained and our belongings had been moved (don’t know if this is standard practise in albania). We visited in cooler weather and there was no duvet on the bed just a thin sheet, extra blankets were folded on a shelf in the room but they were musty and set off my partners allergies. The room itself seemed unfinished with open plug sockets that had been left with wires hanging out and hadn’t been filled in - to be fair we visited during off season but were still surprised to be given an unfinished room “free breakfast” - the worst part of the stay. 1 and 1/2 slices of tomato and cucumber, 3 sad pastries, 1 egg, 1/2 A SAUSAGE, and small slice of cheese which on one day was sour. However there was refillable cereal and slices of bread available. Breakfast wasn’t filling especially for vegan/vegetarian (did inform staff that I was vegetarian beforehand but as I was only losing 1/2 a sausage I didn’t bother to correct them when I was served) It isn’t walkable distance from the main attractions in Ksamil but we knew this before booking in fairness. Parking may be a problem when it’s busy Finally there is too-loud music at the pool with songs being skipped halfway through, might be nice in hot summer weather but on a rainy day it’s just intrusive. In fairness, we didn’t comment to the owners so they may not have been aware of any problems and cannot fault staff’s attitude. We left feeling dissapinted and would have rather paid more money for a nicer hotel - there is no way we would have paid high season prices at over £100 p/n - the £17 a night seemed wasted

Our stay at Agrume INN in Ksamil was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel like part of their family, always ready to help and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the pool and the turquoise sea. Housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything spotless during our entire stay. The hotel’s location was perfect – just a short walk to the stunning Ksamil beaches, restaurants, and small shops. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with plenty of variety to please both adults and kids. We especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh fruit and homemade pastries. What really made this hotel special was the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return.

We have booked this place in advance. First of all the address mentioned in/ at booking.com is wrong. It is at a completely different part of ksamil. Not close to any beach or the city center. When we arrived everything just looked different. The whole pool area and the chill lounge weren’t as the pictures showed. Just everything looks different…old, disgusting and dirty. Because of that we don’t wanted to stay and asked if it’s possible that we just cancel the reservation. The owner said no and that it’s not her problem and asked what we are complaining about. We mentioned that the pool has just half water, we have to pay for the coffee extra even if it says breakfast included in the booking. The toilets were horrible as well. There was no toilet paper and it was very old. We didn’t got how to use the flush. We explained everything to the owner and she started to insult us. In her words we were “very unfriendly and arrogant”. Because we did not wanted to spent our vacation days in such a place we just left and called booking.Com. They tried to help us but also cound’nt do that much.

Scam for money. Poor food/breakfast- not worth spending the money The bathroom was the worst thing, very old and uncomfortable. Front doors need changing and balcony doors as they keep making noises due to the wind. Not worth the money or location.

The hotel is on the good location in ksamil 10 mins walking till the beaches and centre , they have good private parking with own private pool and the best thing is that all area is with security cameras , so the safty is on hight level. About the staff they were very very polite and kidnes especialy Angelo we have his help 24/7 for all the things that we need ! The brekfast was normal, and the rooms were clean.

They canceled our reservation we made the previous night, claiming that there was a renovation. Since the cancellation period passed 3 weeks ago, they canceled it by sending us an e-mail, not through the system. After a long discussion, I said that I was a lawyer and that they would pay the legal costs of this situation, and suddenly the renovation took place. They gave me a room next to the lobby with plastic doors and glass overlooking the dark warehouse-like space. I overheard another group arguing and being allergic to pool dirt. There was someone here who said everything wasn't my problem. I definitely do not recommend it. The way back in the evening was deserted and there were packs of dogs. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life.

The place lacks a lot of the basics, particularly as it is not cheap. The shower didn't work properly, the Internet was terrible so we had to work from a different hotel. The breakfast was not good, a shame as it's in a good location close to the beach.
