The fitness room was a bit messy but that’s probably because the guests using it were leaving used towels around the machines.

Great staff throughout this wonderful hotel. We arrived early, the domestic staff were so generous to make the family room we had booked ready for us to check-in. Beautiful pool side facilities and the restaurant staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and spacious. The hotel even gave us a shuttle transfer to the airport the next morning without any issues. I would highly recommend that you stay at this hotel.

The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast for guests leaving early; offering a wider variety of high-quality products would make it even better.

Hello Excellent location just 5 minutes walking from airport. Vrey Clean . Excellent staff Especially Mr Hedaiat, thank you so much ,I forgot my bag in the room, then he sent it to my next destination 4 hours away ,he kept in touch with me until I got it. Recommend It was short staying only 1 night after long international flight with my family, and we liked the hotel location and excellent staff . Highly recommend relaxing after a long trip.especially if you have kids.

Firstly, the hotel was an oasis of calm in a busy airport setting - staff were polite and helpful, the room was spotless, and the authentic family restaurant was exactly that - good food, great service, and wonderful breakfast.

The restaurant is not so good. Food quality is low and the waiters argue amongst each other. Breakfast is not re filled, if you come later you get the left overs. The dishes are being served separate which resulted in that the last person got her dish 20 mins later. Everyone else finished their meal in the mean time.

Very friendly staff at the hotel and spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. There is a swimming pool at the first floor. Before or after travel this is very convenient on walking distance from the airport.

The hotel was amazing very clean and very spacious my daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool. I had left my passport at my previous accommodation and the hotel receptionist was so helpful. I had my passport delivered to the hotel for my flight the next day from a courier and the hotel receptionist assisted me and had one of he's drivers collect it at the airport for me to bring it to the hotel for me. The food was so delicious and the staff were so polite and helpful. One thing I loved was the hotel room was sound proof you couldn't hear the planes. I would highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays if wanting to be close to the airport. We hope to visit again in the future 😀

I highly recommend Tirana Airport Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The 24-hour reception is a big plus, especially for travelers with late or early flights. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfasts are tasty and offer a good variety. Overall, a great experience – I’ll definitely stay here again!

Dinner staff seemed short staffed. I waited to get some dessert, finally gave up without it.

Great location, short walk from the airport. I had an early flight, 6:00 AM. They started breakfast at 3:00 AM, which was great.

Breakfast is great, staff are exceptional. Restaurant is exceptional. Pool is great, outdoor restaurant area is extremely nice with water fountain giving a soothed relaxed feeling. Shuttle was quick and easy to airport.
