The staff is especially nice, the employee Philip, the view from the room balcony is stunning and overlooks the bay and at sunset the view is spectacular, there is a pool bar at reasonable prices. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the sea and the promenade and to get there is a very long dirt road and probably that is why the price is relatively cheap for a hotel with a pool and a view. The room with a small kitchenette is not badly equipped, the room is small and the beds are small, there is free parking but it is always crowded.

The pool is getting a little old and tired and with so many children the requirement for too much chemical input was a little sad. The rubbish in the block directly in front of the deck was disappointing and while not the hotel’s fault does detract from the views

I thought the bar prices were a little high but this is our first experience of coastal Albania. Some reviewers have given a lower score for Location - it is very much personal taste. Personally I loved being away from the centre of town where car parking is at a premium.

Clean, comfortable with a lovely pool with great views over the bay. The road is a dirt road but manageable by our little Polo with no problems. It is about 15 mins to Himare beach on foot so do bring food etc (hob only to cook on). The staff will order in pizzas and fast food if you wish.

Walking down to city center is only 10/15 minutes but when you go back its heavy (mountain up) but you can take a taxi (15 euro). The rooms were a bit noisy and you can hear some things from outside, but if you are a good sleeper dont worry.

Staff was the best!! And so were the (ginger) cocktails :) Pool and view is lovely and there is a very cosy atmosphere. Good and cheap breakfast and during the day/evening you can order pizza from a local shop (hotel Will order for you). Poolbar is great and rooms were very clean. Thanks all!

Shower room window large and open. No lock from inside, opens wide. Slightly noisy from people walking outside the door. No bin in room. Slightly difficult to get to, especially if you don’t have a car!

The shower wasn’t working properly and it was leaking, flooding the whole bathroom. Also, the water was cold, because their boilers are not quick enough.

It is a long walk in the heat with children if you want to go to the beach or out for dinner - it’s fine going down but coming up the road is unmade for a part and quite an incline. The hotel dog also barks a lot at night, which kept a number of our party awake all night. The dog also regularly drank out of the pool.

It was well priced for what it was. The rooms had basic supplies for coffee and the air conditioning was great. Beautiful views over the town and surrounding areas. There is a great bar, which serves tea,coffee and non and alcoholic drinks.

Dishes were not really clean. There is no indication how to get there (either on the road or once you are in the parking and want to check in). I would prioritize plastic glasses and aluminum beers by the pool as 2 of us got glass in their feet.

The pool of course, the view was nice too. Bed was confortable and air conditioning efficient. Big fridge. Responsive/hard working mother and son taking care of the hotel.

No signage for directions up the hill, kitchen facilities/utensils were extremely limited. Couldn’t purchase basic provisions/food at the hotel: had to go into town for everything except drinks from the bar. Definitely need a car to get there!!!

The hotel/apartment was quiet, very spacious rooms, great views, nice pool, friendly staff, felt very safe and secure. Great air con in the main rooms. Beautiful building in a beautiful setting.

The dirty road 200m before the hotel is a bit tricky. But after the first time you realise it is not too bad. People even drive scooters up there so don't be scared! Keep going and enjoy the view once you arrive. It would be amazing if they have some croissants for breakfast or so, but I guess it is still part of the project!

The owner, a smiling woman and the guy behind the bar (maybe her son) are really friendly, polite and helpful. He speaks fluent English. She doesn't but she understands and she is capable of helping out! Great pool, great view from the balcony and from the pool. There is a small bar with soft drinks and beers. Soon there will be more. There is still a little bit to work on it but I can tell they are working on it already! I would recommend this place. Great for families and couples.

The roads that lead you to the hotel were challenging but that is not something that the hotel has control over.

However, toilet did not flush and was leaking - bathroom was wet on arrival. Also small window above toilet would not close. Despite this it was comfortable for a 1 night stay but would have had issues with toilet flushing and leaking if longer stay or more people in room.

Definitely need to have access to a car if booking this hotel. I had access and therefore loved the location - beautiful view over Himare. Room was overall clean and tidy with comfortable bed and working AC.
