Clean central small lovely pool

Nothing all was great

The hotel is in very good condition with short distance to the beach. Perfect place for families. Stuff is so friendly and the host is just amazing

A beautiful small hotel kept scrupulously clean. It is in a very good location with beaches, restaurants and shops very nearby. The staff, particularly Anisa, are very friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely. Breakfast is varied and delicious, eaten outside by the pool. Everything was great.

Missing things like electric cattle for hot water parking is hard and no good covers for bid , bed is not so comftable

The hotel is very clean, and the staff were nice and attentive. Also the pool is nice, and its in a good location.

Our room had a few notable issues. Firstly, there was insufficient storage space, a single rail with only four hangers and a tiny drawer for two people over six nights simply wasn't adequate for unpacking comfortably. It felt like the room designer had never stayed in a hotel before. Secondly, being on the ground floor posed significant challenges. Noise from the reception area, including alarms going off early in the morning, music and conversations late at night, was loud and the room was poor sound-proofed. It felt like anyone in reception was basically in your room. Additionally, our table area, substituting for a balcony, often ended up with other guests' wet swimming gear and towels, mistakenly treated as communal space. Overall, our stay lacked the tranquillity and relaxation we had hoped for.

Perfect location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Alexander organised a rental car for us also.

Nice rooms Breakfast not bad

They sell themselves as 4 stars hotel, but it is not! They charged us over 200 euro, but they don't have parking, nothing in the room...no water, no cuttle, they brought after I made a claim, but didn't bother to clean the glasses the day after. It definitely doesn't worth the high cost. In all Albenia, we paid around 80 euro and got a lot more. Also, in Ksamil, other places charge much less and give much more. I felt cheated.

Could do with hanging space for dresses, trousers etc

Everything was lovely! The pool is wonderful, staff are very nice & helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations - lots of options and all of them delicious. The rooms are extremely clean & modern and the location is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!

There could be reading lamps on the both sides of the bed.

Super clean and comfortable

Ksamil town is too crowded

We was welcomed there by very kind people who explained as everything and they helped us with every question that we had. The rooms were very cleaned and maintained, everyday someone was cleaning our room as well as I loved the facilities that they provide and the pool was amazing. We had breakfast included with our reservation which was very good. I would highly reccomend this hotel !

The only thing I would say is that the rooms need a larger bin and maybe more space to place your clothes but this is in no way an issue
