Nothing to complain about because the hotel is a good value comparing with the prices in Saranda.

The owners of the hotel is a very friendly family. They were extremely nice and very accommodating. The room was clean and we had fresh towels every day. They have a very nice restaurant and we enjoyed a very delicious meal. The breakfast was very good we enjoyed the egged bread everyday. The owners helped us with a problem with our rental car and they send us to a place to fix it because we couldn't do that. We enjoyed our stay and especially with the best fredo esspreso that we had every day from the bar restaurant.

The equipment of the room could use upgrade. On the other hand, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Especially for the price. Highlight of our stay was breakfast and super nice stuff 🙂 We came by car, so we didn't mind the location further from the city centre (cca 45 mins on foot). For us it was actually great location, only like 5 mins to the beach, restaurants and small shops. So for a budget stay it was perfect.

I would give it 6 more stars if I could. The service was impeccable, I felt like a VIP. Extremely friendly, warm, and helpful staff. The value is phenomenal, I highly doubt you could find a place as nice as this for this price anywhere else in the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the sea. But the restaurant and the staff are really what made the experience so amazing. Best duck I’ve ever had, I ate dinner here three times and all the meals were superb. VERY highly recommended.

My booking was £30 and i was expecting a shitty place honestly but i was surprised when i got there. I had a 3am check in, hotel was clean, highlight of mt stay was the staff, reception guys were excellent. They went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was even included in that price!! I really wish i stayed there longer

If you haven't been to Sarande before, its very hilly. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and a couple miles from the cruise terminal, but its a very steep hill if you aren't young.

Good value, breakfast was gorgeous! 5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of bars nearby, view of the sea. Staff were really kind.

The hotel is little further from city center (around 45 min walk) but there is a bus that you can take nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, they change towels on daily basis. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good but could offer some more variety. Their restaurant and food was exceptional and must try!

It is 3 km away from the city center and I liked it about it. They also upgraded our room for free. Near the hotel is a beach where you can swim freely even with the dogs.

If you are exploring Sarandë, note that there will be many stairs on your trip, here is the same as there is not a lift.

I would like to rave how much I appreciate this wonderful family hotel. Having originally plans to stay a few days, I ended up extending my reservation and the staff was so accommodating to my changing travel plans. The breakfast was always special and it is indeed farm to table at the restaurant with a great view. Clean throughout, super comfortable beds, short distance to Orange beach or the river, and again fantastic hosts. I need several paragraphs to explain what a good choice this is for a short (or long) trip to Sarandë, but I will just tell you that this place paired with the restaurant is a must.

We had two rooms after season ends, and we was the only quest in hotel, Nesjan makes our stay, perfect, he was in hotel only for us. Makes the best breakfast and tasty coffe every morning. Sarande in November was outsanding, perfect weather and none of turists, here, what an experience

It was a bit noiselly because of road in front of hotel and some building under construction nearby. But it is not a big issue because construction works usually finish at 5-6 p.m. Othervise no any issues about this place.

We spent about 10 nights in this hotel. Personal was very friendly, breakfasts was very tasty. Most products - eggs, bread, butter, honey, yogurts, jams was from farmers, not from supermarkets and really tasty. In our room was smart tv with Android, so it was possible to add aplications to watch what we wish. Coffee was very good and avaliable at any time. Private parking is near enterance. Location of hotel is very good for daily travellers, because you do not need to pass throw Saranda center to access the main roads.

Didn’t like saranda very ugly concrete jungle . Only stayed there as travelling through Albania and needed to stay overnight in saranda for the ferry to Corfu .

Nice clean hotel the owner Aldo upgraded us to a penthouse suite . Very good restaurant to eat highly recommended and a very good breakfast.

We got a free upgrade to a bigger room that was also a level higher so we had a nice view of the sea. The breakfast was very good and extensive. We had dinner in the restaurant twice because it was just amazing! They sure know how to cook. Would definitely recommend the grilled duck. Also they make their own red wine which you should try. The owners are very kind and helpful. They even washed our clothes for us! Very good service, would definitely stay here again!

They can improve how they organize the bathroom. There is no space where you can put your belongings and also no hairdryer.

The staff and the accessible parking space. Also good breakfast and coffee. We were happy to see that they were flexible with the checking in and checking out hours. Also they gave us some good recommendations for activities.
