The place is comfortable, with enough space for seven people. We only stayed one night but Zamir did everything to make our stay great. The place is really well located, with lots of options around to eat and drink.

Everything is great, the apartment was more than enough for 7 people to stay. Our host was great, he even came to let us in earlier because we arrived before the agreed time. The location is in the center and you need maybe 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will have everything you need for the stay.

The appartment is rather worn down and there are some leftover things in the cupboards and fridge. Still, it is mostly clean, very spaceous and has a good price. Definately recommend!

There is a large living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 7 beds (one bedroom with an AC and one without it). If needed, 3 more people could sleep less comfortably in the living room. Parking in the street may be difficult, but we managed to find a place. Special thanks to a wonderful, helpful and smiling owner!😀

CONS: - Communication can be a little tricky. - More "tourist" information should be provided for guests. (good restaurants, activities, how to operate appliances, etc). - Management MUST make sure they provide correct address for guests. We couldn't find apartment on our first stay!

PROS: - On this second stay in the same apartment, the management was much better at meeting us at apartment to give us the keys. - We were in a better mood this time because of the better key handoff, so appreciated the apartment better than 1st stay. - Apartment is clean. - The location was GREAT for us taking a bus to Koman and then to Kotor, as well as doing things in Shkoder. - The bathroom is big, and the shower has hot water. - The bed is big and comfortable. - Was able to do laundry with machine in apartment. - Kitchen served us well. Had most of the items needed to cook meals. - The daily rate is very fair. - Elevator makes it easier to take luggage up to 2nd floor. - Plenty of space to hang clothes, store items, bathroom space. - Some basic kitchen and bathroom items provided in apartment. - Stored some of our luggage in apartment for four days while we hiked Valbone-Theth and it was safe. - VERY close to a "9" rating, but still concerned they have the wrong street number and address on Booking.com

The mosque is very close to the apartments, and the windows are not actually soundproof. So be prepared to wake up every day at 5:15 for listening to Muslims praying. I have nothing negative to Muslims, of course, I respect their traditions. but it's strange to have this loud sound so early in the mornings! I'd recommend using earplugs. We also had to wait more to have hot water, as we had 7 people. One water heater seemed to work not so good or it's installed for low temperatures.

The host was very attentive and puntual, check in and check out were smooth and easy. We liked that the flat is close to the city center and bus stops. It's well equipped and the beds are comfortable enough. It's a good option for a reasonable price

Spacious for a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 children, and the 2 bathrooms being very useful. Very well located next to key regional bus stops and the center of town. The owner was extremely helpful and made himself available whenever needed.

1. I don't cook, but basic things such as sugar, pepper, coffee, tea etc. were missing, 2. The kitchen cupboards were messy and disorganised 3. There are only small coffee cups suitable for espresso (there is no espresso machine). 4. The light above the dining table was so dim it was barely possible to work or read anything at night. Several other light bulbs needed replacing, 5. Due to very heavy rain, there was a lot of stagnant water on the terrace outside which was visually very unpleasant. This was the fault of building maintenance and not the owner. 6. The "terrace" was large flat roof space outside accessible by climbing through a window, 7. On one occasion, the neighbour walking on the adjoining terrace was able to look directly into the apartment making it not private. 8. More shelf space is needed in the bathrooms to put toiletries. 9. Wire coat-hangers are never acceptable, 10. There was an initial problem with the hot water supply in one of the bathrooms but it was rectified. 11. The general feel of the apartment is a large place for a lot of people to sleep in, but little care for details,

Great location a few steps from the centre of Shkoder. The apartment is very large and quiet. Views from the bedrooms are very nice. Two full bathrooms are a real plus. Owner Zamir is extremely reliable, easy to contact and helpful. As with many owners in Albania, Italian is preferable to English.

The apartament is really big and spacious. Rooms and bathroom are clean and everything what you need is there. Location is really good, just a minute from city center and old town which was great. Terrace was really big and had nice view and owner was helpful and friendly. I really recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

CONS: - Could not find apartment because street and number provided were incorrect and Google maps could not get us there. - Raining when we arrived, and stood out in it waiting for someone to come to show us how to get to the apartment for over 30 minutes. No one on the street or in businesses could tell us where the address is. - Building common spaces inside are very rundown. - Apartment was dark, cold, and damp when we entered, which added to our unhappiness already experienced by wait in rain. - Heating unit in bedroom doesn't work as efficiently as unit in living area. - TV is small for the size of the room and apartment.

PROS: - Apartment centrally located. - Very large apartment for two people. - Smart TV enabled us to stream entertainment we enjoy. - Kitchen was functional with most* things needed. - Elevator is a plus even though apartment is on the 2nd floor. - Heating unit in living area warms the space nicely and quickly. - Bathroom was nice, and shower had hot water on demand and pressure decent.
