The nice lady who greeted me offered me a bottled water and cold iced tea after checking in, then helped me with my luggage. It was just me, so I had plenty space. The bathroom was nice and modern with adequate water, I was a bit worried that I'd get the whole floor wet, but it dried up fast. The location is very convenient as well, and I picked it because I needed to be close to the ferry terminal.

Lovely room. Spotlessly clean and near the ferry port. We were there for several days and even had our clothes washed.

A little disappointed with the view. We were first floor and needed to be higher to see over the trees. Did not spoil our stay.

Lovely room, located right by the ferry terminal to Corfu. All brand new. Very friendly staff showed us to our room. Everything you need, coffee machine, Aircon, TV, WiFi, fridge. Immaculately clean. And a great balcony looking over the sea.

Nothing really. Was a little tricky to find initially, you need to look up to see the hotel sign as it's above a Vodafone badged convenience store, so easy to miss. Just go in the store and they'll look after you. All very friendly.

The room was in a great position with a seaside view, very clean and modern.

The host was amazing, we asked if we could do some laundry and she arranged it. A perfect location close to the terminal and boulevard.

Finding how to check in was not intuitive, as the 'check in desk' is a small kiosk and the sign for the rooms is hidden above an awning. The AC is a bit difficult to turn on. It has door sensors (sensible) but you also need to press the on button after the sensors ping. Too many steps for tired me to remember!

We are extremely satisfied with Art de Jon Rooms. Very comfortable place. Location was PERFECT. And the lady was so friendly, kind and communicative. She helped us with everything we needed. 10/10

Everything was perfect

The apartment is small but cozy. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The staff is friendly.

The proximity to the ferry port, it is literally infront of the port which is convenient on a super hot day. Not that saranda is a hilly town so the other hotels can be steeply uphill, this one is on the road across the port.. to steps involved. The location and the hospitality is the best thing about it. The views are also amazing.

The bed is on the softer side but still comfortable.

This place couldn’t be closer to the ferry port- an ideal place to stay if you need to catch an early ferry. It was spotlessly clean.

The beds are rock hard and we both woke up with terrible back ache. The AC isn’t strong enough to cool down the room effectively and we were very hot through the night. The host was not very responsive and gave no instructions about how to locate the apartment/its entrance leaving us waiting in the 37 degree heat until someone directed us to ask at the shop.

Perfect location for the ferry terminal (30 second walk from hotel) make sure you bring Albania Lek, as cars is not accepted for payment, if paying on arrival. Very friendly staff and nice and clean rooms

Bathroom light had a 10 second timer. Not great if you’re trying to shave!

Our room is with a balcony facing the sea. They are very flexible and helped us a lot.
