Reviews of Art Rooms Gjuhadol

This was the second night we stayed at this accomodation as we stayed on either side of our hiking trip in the Alps. See my previous review! The accomodation held our bags fora few days while we went to the Alps free of charge.

The acccomocation was perfect for what we needed during out stay. We were in and out of Shkoder as ut was mostly our base to do some hiking in Valbone / Theth. The accomocation was comforatble, clean and affordable. The aircondioning was a god sent as it was extremely hot in the city, but we were able to sleep comfortably in the cool rooms!

It is very close to the main drag, but our room faced the internal courtyard so the noise wasn't as issue.

Incredibly comfortable bed and we even had a small kitchen. Nice place to sit outside. Location excellent. We organised our transport to Valbone a few doors down the street.

The noise from the busy street is true but we had a room at the back and it was fine. Didn't bother us at all and it was all quiet by midnight.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable. Parking nearby.

We were in street fronting room (on Level 1), the street is very busy with bars and restaurants so is noisy until midnight but then it all shuts.

Very good location in a prime spot of Skhoder.

Everything was very good. The house and the room are very pretty and well maintained. Very cozy and comfortable.

The less good thing was the noise outside from the bars. But at 00:00 it finishes 😄

Very centrally located, everything you need within 5 minutes walk, bonus night-time music right outside the door which was a buzzing vibe and loved it (Sunday night). Very comfortable bed, awesome shower and very friendly and helpful staff. Great stop-off on the way to Theth, minibus transport collection point is 10 metres down the road. Going back to stay again in 4 days time!

Intimate hotel with a beautiful interior courtyard, located in the city center, close to bus stops. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend it.

Perfect location for being right in the old town of Shkoder. Easy check-in with the key being left in a box so we could access it at any time - also they let us know early that we could check in anytime and gave us the code so that was great. The bed was comfy and the whole place had everything we need, was super clean and overall felt welcoming and homey.

Parking nearby can be a bit tricky depending on what time of day you arrive and it seems like at certain times of days you cannot drive down the road as it’s basically the main road of bars etc. We stayed there on a Sunday night and even with ear plugs it would be impossible to sleep before the music stops at midnight so dont stay here at the weekend if you want to go to sleep earlier. Also the curtains don’t block any light and the sun is out early now (June) so bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light.

This is such a lovely little hotel right in the cultural heart of Shkoder but hidden away from the busyness and noise. The rooms are lovely and clean, and communication with the host is great. I was really unwell during my stay and Kristian was so kind to me.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about but the bathrooms is a bit on the small side. Even a small shelf under the mirror would be helpful.

Very clean, friendly kind & accommodating owner, the location is in the old town but above bars with loud music during the weekends so bring earplugs otherwise good value and comfortable beautiful renovated rooms

Lovely little room right in the centre with a lot of gorgeous historical elements. Staff was kind and courteous, bringing us some items when we extended our stay. Very quiet considering the location.
