It doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. The bathrooms need an update and deep cleaning. There were no towels provided for the pool or beach, and the room towels were in very poor condition.

The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast was decent. The bed were very comfortable and there is good air conditioning in the room.

Easily accessible free parking is very important to us. Unfortunately, there were very few parking spots compared to the hotel’s capacity. We visited in May (low season) and parking was essentially full. Had to wait for a spot to open up

Everything minus the parking was great, room was modern and location was fantastic. The view from the 6th floor sea side rooms was amazing. Breakfast was exceptional!

The food for breakfast was terrible, awful coffee. The area is not a party place. Although some staff was really nice and helpfull some were totally not cooperative.

Location directly at the beach was great. Rooms facing the sea had a wonderfull view. The pool area was small but nice. The hotel was clean.

No water bottles in the room upon checkin. It’s the bare minimum to provide when guests are checking in. No dental kit as well.

The room was very spacious and with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff was very kind and welcoming. A good breakfast and the beach are included in the price.

Most staff (with some exceptions) were often unable to answer our questions, quite curt/short, unable to book taxis or help with any transportation (but most guests likely stay on resort for all inclusive only). Breakfast was average, limited selection but enough meat, bread, cereal, fruit, pastries.. No safe in room. All sunbeds "reserved" by 9am but remained mostly unused. Drinking water only available during mealtimes and not able to drink tap water.

Very nice room, newly renovated (seaview room was very worth it for small extra price, great sunset view and balcony). Private beach and nice sun loungers/parasols on busy beach, very modern beach bar. Good location by restaurants and bars. On-site restaurant (Avra, not all-inclusive) high quality. All music off by midnight, no noise mentioned in other reviews. Reasonable prices in hotel but not cheap.

It is not completely clean, especially towels look gray and somehow dirty.

I didn't like the noise from the music bar nearby and when the pool closes at 6pm.

I liked the food at the hotel and the staff let us have a room so that we could wait after checkout, the staff were very kind and helpful and they really take care of this hotel. Excellent view from the room.

The breakfast is okay, but the juices are made of a syrup, and most of the dishes are cold; eggs, sausages, pancakes. The only breakfastthing that was really good, was the cereal with milk :))

The room was big and had a nice big balcony with a gorgeous sea view! The staff is really nice and helpful, especially the girl with the very short hair in the bar at night. She also works the morning shift for breakfast. The location is very good, the parking is near the hotel, you have the boulevard just two steps outside the hotel. They have their own spot on the beach (it's a sand beach!) A bar where you can have a nice cocktail in the evening and the restaurant called Avra where they have superb Italian food and wine. There is also live entertainment, which was great.

The lift was tight for four people (it's actual capacity), and it always took quite some time to arrive.

The hotel's location is great, as you have the beach right in front of it, with all the attractions of the shore. The rooms are super fresh with after the renovations.

The bathroom was old, water came out of the shower cabinet, they didn't bring us the baby beds that we asked for, too much noise from outside, the breakfast was so so, not kid friendly hotel at all. They didnt put clean towels the day after until we asked them.

We liked the beds, they were very comfortable, there was enough space in the room, balcony and the view was very good. Food in a la carte was delicious.

Be aware that there is a lot of loud music late at night - a party at the bar downstairs. It was very noisy in my room for a few hours. But, the music typically ended by 11pm or midnight. Don't expect to sleep before then.

Beautiful sea view from the room! Very relaxing to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. Staff was helpful and responsive to anything that I needed. I enjoyed the location and there were great restaurants nearby.

Breakfast wasn’t great and very manic. Bathrooms a bit dated and very small. Aircon didn’t work very well so room was very hot overnight. Hotel details said it had private parking but getting to the hotel was a nightmare as roads were just lined with cars, and we were just told to park our car on the road by the hotel.

lovely outdoor facilities and private beach, we were given a fruit platter on arrival which was a nice touch too. The pool restaurant was great and a nice setting for dinner.

The location is great, but the room wasn’t perfectly clean. The bathroom felt quite old and wasn’t very well maintained. The buffet breakfast could definitely be improved, while the quality wasn’t great, it’s probably what you’d expect for this price range.

We booked a standard room, but the room we received was nothing like the photos advertised. While we understand rooms may vary, this one was far below the expected standard in terms of bed, floor, and bathroom quality. Staff said no other rooms were available and offered to pay us back and let us go. We had to find another hotel last minute at a higher cost, losing both time and money. We feel let down by the misleading presentation of the room and the lack of viable solutions provided on-site.
