The bathroom doesn’t have a proper shower box, so it tends to get wet after showering, but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and having a parking space was a huge plus, as it made me feel safe leaving the car and gave me peace of mind. Mr. Sofokli is an excellent person, it honestly feels like he is available 24/7 at the reception, always ready to help. Tony, who manages the bookings, is also a wonderful person and makes an excellent coffee with his machine during breakfast. The breakfast was average but satisfying. There were two fruit options (melon and watermelon), delicious cakes, pancakes, fried and boiled eggs, sausage, toast, teas and juice. It was more than enough for me. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

The breakfast was also an amazing feature, though I would prefer a bit more "salty" options. Personally, not an issue but just to put it out there - there is no elevator in the hotel.

Hotel Aulona was great, we loved it. The staff was lovely and helpful. The rooms were pretty much the same as advertised. The only thing is you dont know which balcony you were gonna get (we got one with not exactly the best view). The location is literally 5 minutes at most from the main promenade. The breakfast was also an amazing feature, though I would prefer a bit more "salty" options.

Truly above and beyond customer service from the moment we arrived with my sister having sprained her foot while traveling. We got offered a new room on a lower floor that was also bigger. They offered to help a lot, and you could tell they were such genuinely good people. The hotel was very clean, close enough to the center (except when on crutches, but we got a great taxi driver recommendation from the hotel), but otherwise you could walk to the center, different beaches or to the bus. The breakfast was also good with different options, like eggs, pancakes, pastries and fruit. If I ever come back to Saranda, I will definitely come back here. The fact that you had to walk many stairs to reach the hotel since it’s in the main road right above the coastline, but it was not a serious problem

Excellent location right in the heart of Sarande. Very clean providing the essentials for a short stay. Excellent value for money and the personnel were very friendly. Definitely try the restaurant called Isumi right next to the hotel, it’s a family-run restaurant with fantastic dishes and great prices.

Nothing honestly except thar there r many stairs from the city centre so if you hv a baby with a baby strollers or disabled person in the family and you don’t drive might be an issue unless if you are ok to use taxi.

So clean the bed sheets and towels and everything 🤍 the owner is amazing and his family. His kind & lovely wife and son who never hesitate to help. Location is perfect for night life (walking in the city center, restaurants, bars)

Very friendly and sincerely hospitable staff, always ready to help with any question. The location is great. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very clean new room, good bed linen, and a convenient bed. I'd strongly recommend this location to everybody and will stay here if I'm back to Saranda one day.

I had a great stay at Hotel Aulona in Saranda. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Parking was difficult at times, since there were no parking spaces.

The location was amazing, close to the main street, but away from the hassle. Staff were super friendly and helpful, but not everybody spoke good English. Breakfast was better than expected. The AC in the room worked great! It was also nice to have a drying rack on the balcony for beach stuff.

It is a bit of a problem that it does not have a real parking lot or elevators, but we make reservations knowing the elevator information anyway. They are trying to solve the parking problem with skittles and are always there to find a solution.

The size and usability of the room, its cleanliness, the interest and helpfulness of the staff were really nice! The breakfast was quite varied. It was also delicious and filling. Although I normally only get bed and breakfast, one day I came to the hotel very tired and they immediately offered me coffee. They also filled both my water bottle and my coffee bottle on the day I set off. They didn’t even ask for paying!

Breakfast was not very good. On Booking it said parking available but they only have 2 spaces which were full already. Owner organised a parking space for us somewhere else in a backyard. Card payment was not possible
