The location was ideal for getting to the airport. No frills but it does what it needs to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a good place to stay before the flight from Tirana. It's cheap and absolutely normal. The rooms are big and well equipped.

It's not a 4 star Hotel. There is a lack of many facilities to make it a proper 4 star. The fact that you reach the hotel at 2 AM doesn't necessary mean that you have to find the receptionist sleeping in a small couch near by. The breakfast was very poor, at least the Filipino waiter was very friendly and I shall thank him for serving us with so much dedication and kindness.

Location is good for who's travelling or has to catch a plane. not far from the airport. the hotel is located at the intersection between Airport road and intercity road Durres - Tirana. The room was quite and spacious, with a view on the main road.

We had a small misunderstanding at the beginning, caused by language barriere but owner of hotel was very nice and we solved everything in a good way. We liked our stay here. Rooms are very nice, All its clean and there is good service

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and coffee for breakfast. But it didn't spoilt our stay at all.

Great breakfast even if no coffee served. Perfect location if in need of a place to stay close to the airport, just few minutes driving. Comfortable beds and big shower. Very good value for money.

We booked for a room for one night but we were given a different room which we had not booked. At the reception they mentioned they have no room that they showed on the website and they have only the rooms they gave us. What’s on the website is totally different from the reality. The beds are uncomfortable and smell in the toilet is bad. When we went for dinner they totally confused our food and when we went to pay they mentioned the prices on the menu is wrong as they haven’t updated the new menu although they did not even communicate that from the beginning. The next morning they were helpful in booking for us a taxi and the breakfast was okay. They can improve and do better.

The rooms SMELT AWFUL!!! Really strong smell of cigarette smoke it made me feel sick. Even my friend who’s a smoker said how awful it smelt

Management really doesn't know how to manage a hotel. Simply. Also the persons are very rude. When you need anything or ask an Invoice for company as already been declared while reservation, they just turn to speak Albanian or Italian language and refuse the invoice. First room was horribly smeling, sheet and curtain are very dirty. I shall thanks to reception guy, he changed the room after my claim. It is not worth the price,

It's just on the highway, but even if you stay in the room facing it (I did), the windows have good soundproofing.

Great location for the first or last night in Albania as it is really close to the airport. It might not look so wonderful from the outside but inside it's cosy, clean and comfortable. The value for money is definitely there. There is a nice restaurant with very reasonable prices, a good choice of pizzas, pastas and Albanian dishes as well. Breakfast is not in a form of a buffet, but it's all you need and it's included in the price. Staff are kind and very helpful.
