Nothing :) but just a comment for improvement have an A/C colder and maybe more blackout curtains.

Very nice and calm place, well located close to the lake. Free bicycle and very good breakfast. Host are very nice and our son as played with host daughter :)

Low Wi-Fi signal in the outside rooms

Very friendly staff, welcoming and available. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Bonus points for allowing the use of all equipment within the property, including table tennis and bicycles.

We managed check-in remotely via whatsapp. The room was clean and bed comfortable There was a special welcome drink available - Rakija (did not tried) Quiet place Safe place to park a motorbike. Owner apparently has even CCTV on the land.

Nice accommodation near Shkoder. We used it for staying overnight and an early departure to the Theth. The host was great. He provided us with small bottle of raki and 2 glasses 😀

Remote location (but good for a Quite vacation close to the Lake)

The only drawback was the window in the bathroom that faced directly into the yard and had no curtain or blinds causing a lack of privacy.

The room was very clean and comfortable, host was really nice and helpful. We could also use the washing machine in the hall.

Accessing the place to take you stuff from the fridge is not 24/7, only if the staff are awake. The owner is doing the job remotely which makes it difficult to cope with. A lot of bugs and spiders are in the room and in the place around I don't know if they don't put pesticides. The Shkodra Lake is not easy to swim in except from going to a fancy restaurant which is 15 minutes-walk from the place. No busses can be found on google maps to go to the downtown in Shkodra, only the busses that the owner tells you about and they end at 7 pm. The owner could help you doing tours, anyways you can get better prices doing the same thing if you searched better.

The stuff is helpful, the owner is willing to help, the view is garden. This place would be good if you have a car or motorcycle and already know what you want to do during your stay, keep the place as a place to sleep in only. or if you just want a place to relax in for a couple of days.

1. Extremely basic room. Basic to the point of no proper insulation or roof. It is horribly hot during the day and one tiny AC can’t do much when the entire sun falls straight into the room. There is no proper ceiling but an unfinished something. 2. Curtains provided do not protect from any sun. 3. No microwave, no electric kettle (was provided one after asking), no fridge(can use a common commercial fridge at a different building which remains closed during the night) 4. Something as basic as toiletries not provided. Literally nothing other than a hand wash. 5. No blankets provided, only a bedsheet. 6. This isn’t a con but just an information- the property doesn’t have lake access. You have to drive into a beach bar which charges you to get inside. 7. The price of food isn’t remotely reasonable. We ate outside since the entire property felt like ‘creating a stand alone something in the middle of nowhere to earn some money but not remotely bothered about hospitality, how a person will stay and to provide basic amenities as blanket, toiletries and a proper ceiling and black out curtain. 8. No hand shower in the washroom Yes one can always say I should have checked the listing but I have visited 20+ countries in different continents. I haven’t seen something this shabby. Yeah views are good. That’s about it.

Property has good sunset view. And that’s where all the good about this property ends.

Good place to sleep for one night. The facilities were very basic, but the room had everything that we needed.

Big house in the middle of nowhere - almost unpossible to find. No signs, nobody to ask. Big garden, plenty of parking places. Still under reconstruction, some rooms have to be finished. Good value for the money.
