The best thing is the location, you see the whole lake

Is not very clean, the room and the shower towels; owners didn’t speak much English and as a result of miscommunication we were late for breakfast and couldn’t take it at 9:40

Good location with beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of food options nearby. And just a 10 minute drive from Rozafa Castle.

Unparalleled view of Lake Shkoder, walking distance to beach. Room was spacious and clean.

The main thing is the view of the lake which is stunning. Quiet location and easy access to the lake for swimming. 10mins from a little town with loads of restaurants.

All of us got food poisoning from the breakfast and we were not the only one as we could hear other people being sick in other rooms. When we mentioned it to the son (only one who can speak English) he replied :" everyone gets sick here "!!!!! No blackout curtains, no mosquito nets, Access road is horrendous and does not look finished for a long time.

Great location and good size room with amazing balcony views.

Better pillows and we had a bright light outside of our room for the parking in the front of the house that was on all night and the curtains were not thick enough to block it out.

The bathroom facilities in the room, and bedsheets being dark blue, would have felt more pleasant if the bedsheets had been white.

Clean, lovely view of lake from the little garden terrace. Well located to use as a base to visit the area.

Clean place. Wonderful view from the balcony. AlThough we were late for breakfast in our last day, the employee made us late breakfast and it was delicious! The owner very polite. The property clean and the place awsome. Nearby the property is a wonderful promenade with a lot of resturants

The owners does not know english well and it was hard to communicate.

The house is right on the lake shore

There is no built-up beach, it was hard to go in to the lake (the coast rocky and stony) There is no restaurant (but there is more nearby)

Amazing view on the lake from the room's balcony and breakfast area. The room was big and airy. The air con worked well. The young man of the family was the only one to speak English but everyone was friendly.

We had booked two rooms with view on the lake, but only one ended up having the full view, the other was on the side of the house. It did have a partial view only. We assume that people checking out earlier claimed it...

This beautiful small hotel is located on a quiet and not too far from crowded and busy Shkoder on the Skader lake...about 10 km away We had a tiny but comfortable room with a balcony ... the view over the lake and sunset was just amazing. Free parking is a big bonus The lake beach is just across the road but not used. Local restaurants are located on walking distance.

The set breakfast wasn't really my favourite but the coffee was good.
