The location was stunning and the private beach is the best along the coast. Our room was lovely and had a great view. We would definitely book this place again. The head receptionist, Orges was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also massive and delicious

Had a great stay here. Orgus and the staff went out of their way to make this very special for us. DJ played Sat night by the beach which was a ton of fun. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, love it had a private garage for our rental and the included breakfast was exceptional. The lounge chairs and beach was private and the staff was there at all times for any refreshments or snacks to purchase.

Peak season is very over price, and restaurant on site was very expensive for the area. But it was overall a great stay.

My friend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property is new, spacious, and clean. The beachfront is stunning with its clear water and vibrant shades of green and blue. I like how the rocks frame out the areas we can swim in. The food served is fresh and delicious. We enjoyed our yummy breakfasts. What really makes a stay memorable is the staff…and Beyond has wonderful staff. Orges, head of reception staff, was exceptional with his advice before we arrived. He was even kind / patient enough to help us park our car, among his non-stop activities. To me, that is a mark of high-end service as he literally represented the hotel. We were also impressed with Arges, chief of restaurant staff. He always greeted us with a genuine smile when we visited the restaurant and made sure we were taken care of. The restaurant staff who served us were all so friendly and professional. Art, who greeted us when we wanted a sunbed or towel, always had a smile and her energy was really positive. The maid was always smiling too. I would definitely come back to Beyond. Loved this experience and definitely want to explore Dhermi in more depth next time!

My friend and I absolutely loved the property, it is just a distance to drive from Sarande. However, Beyond offers a convenient transportation service. And taxis are plentiful.

The hotel said that our reservation was not registered even though it was confirmed on booking.com. We paid extra to have a room with a terrace swimming pool and instead for the same high price the manager sent us to an old hotel behind this one, with old type of rooms and very bad breakfast and literary the worst coffee I had in years.

The location as well as the facility itselfe was amazing and decorated very nicely! The staff was nice and the food very delicious. I would come back any time!

The hotel was gorgeous. They upgraded my room to a suite. The beach club attached is the hottest beach club in town. Great staff. Amazing views. Modern room.

Didn’t love the menu at the restaurant. However breakfast was top tier. Room service is NOT an option either.

Beautiful hotel and location. Nice toiletries. Large rooms and large terrace. In room facilities were great. Cleaning team were sweet. Breakfast was excellent.

Check in from 2pm. However when arrived at 4pm, room was not ready. Charged in Lek, not in Euro as per booking meaning slight over payment. Staff in restaurant not very pleasant. Couple of them were okay but quite robotic. Given food menu and when I went to order what I wanted was told that was not available until later - be nice to let people know what is not available when giving them the menu. Ravioli - expensive for 5 pieces! Only half bottles of wine available for some reason - not just a glass. Shop nearby is cash only and expensive. ATM nearby was faulty and swallowed a card of mine. When checking out at 1030am, advised one bottle of water taken from the mini bar - felt like a criminal as they kept me waiting to check. Tried to charge me for said water and I advised I'll not be paying for it, given the wait to check in and slight over charge on room. Receptionist agreed and I went on my way.

The beach, seaside and the hotel are wonderful.

The breakfast was very good, but I didn't like the serving of fruit and sweets at the beginning and then the eggs. The sea one day became dirty because a ship dumped waste. It is not the hotel's fault, but the management could have been more careful and informed the relevant authorities about this environmental pollution, as it causes the business itself to suffer!

I stayed at Beyond Luxury Hotel for three nights with my girlfriend(I’m Albanian, and she is Italian), and we both had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the beach club — which is included for guests — was definitely a highlight. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and furnished with brand-new pieces. We had a small issue with the safe and the staff handled it immediately by moving us to another room — with a pool and sea view — at no extra cost. That kind of service really made a difference and showed how supportive and professional the staff are. Breakfast was another positive point. It’s not self-service, but they bring a nice mix of salty and sweet options directly to your table. We had a bowl of seasoning fresh local fruits, ham, cheese, delicious traditional Albanian byrek, croissants, eggs, bread, and coffee. Everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we were very impressed with Beyond Luxury Hotel. The service, the setting, and the atmosphere made our stay special, and we will definitely come back!

The only thing I would suggest improving is the coffee policy — charging extra for a second cup at breakfast seems a bit unnecessary for a hotel of this level.

We loved the private beach, our room with private pool was fantastic. It felt super luxurious and the staff were fantastic - Particularly Every! He was so kind to us and attentive and we were sad we didn’t get to wish him goodbye!

On the first day our en-suite bathroom door broke and I was locked inside for an hour before someone found me. Didn’t love that. Also, a shuttle down to the local beach would be a great plus to add!

What a relaxing beautiful setting. The front of house and all the staff could not do enough for us. The beach is beautiful and big enough for guests to enjoy. The rooms are huge and bed super comfy! Breakfasts was also amazing!!

The tv’s in the room could do with being smart tvs so you can watch Netflix and attach apps etc. also a full length mirror in the rooms would be great.
