There is some mixture of working and barely working stuff in here, for example the bathroom. The room had no dust bin or fridge... There's still a lot that can be improved.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room includes Terrace to sit on, where also the breakfast is served. The room was spacious.

Difficult to find; staff difficult to locate when needed. Key did not work to lock the door but location seemed safe enough to leave open.

Great location, clean and newly renovated. Bathroom was nice. Fridge available in room. The hosts were very welcoming and organised our transport to blue eye. They made us breakfast in our last day too.

Very nice and cosy space in the middle of Theth. The personal were kind, friendly and prepare us brelfast earlier at 6.30 am, that we could go hiking to the Valbona pass before it was to hot. The room was tidy, we had breakfast at nice porch with the mountain view.

There was no furniture apart from a bed. No A/C. The guesthouse was not quite ready for guests when I arrived.

Language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Unfortunately not everything was completely finished off in the rooms.

It was difficult to find. It’s not in google maps and there’re no directions from the main street. It’s just behind the center theth guesthouse. The main door has some nice translucid window and the artificial light from the garden gets through it and directly to the bed which can be annoying when you’re trying to sleep. The shower has no courtain so the whole bathroom floods afterwards.

Breakfast was AMAZING. The place is quite good and brand new. It’s peaceful at night so you can have a really nice rest. Nice terrace. Staff usually helps with your requirements.

Communication with the owner could be better

The room was really new, they just finished to construct it. The location was good, very close to the place where you get off the bus. Breakfast was good.

Facilities were not as advertised. No TV, no heating, no kettle, no bath (shower was good though), no dining area, no bath robes. It looks like facilities were copied from somewhere else rather than what was actually there.

Very central. Close to where the bus drops off. Nice view from outside. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Host spoke little English but was very friendly and helped us as best she could.

Clean apartment with a magnificent view of the Alps, abundant organic breakfast and at a price where in Austria, Germany or Switzerland, the Alps are 10 times higher. Thank you Agostin and especially mother Lokja who served the breakfast.

Was given different rooms from what I booked. Had no towels, when they provided towels they were wet. Rooms smelled like mould. Arrived at 8pm and the rooms weren't ready. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. The family that runs the hotel were amazing. One of our group had a problem with his hiking shoes and they just gave us one of their shoes and refused payment. Good breakfast.

This is a lovely guesthouse in a great location which is run by a friendly and helpful family. The part we stayed in seems to have been recently built, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long hike. The breakfast was delicious! Each room had its own table and chairs to sit out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We’d highly recommend this place as a base in Theth. It doesn’t come up on google maps since it is new but we still found it relatively easily. If you search the Tourist Information Centre then it is up the road across from there.

Beautiful place. Abundant breakfast with all the energy you need to begin the day. Comfortable beds and just 40 meters away from the Tourist information point.
