Excellent location just outside the market and close to all of the tourist sites. The room had many amenities although the bed wasn't super comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast offered in the morning.

The location is great - very central, close to restaurants and tourist attractions and the first bus stop of coach tours to Kruja, etc. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and the staff helpful.

We were never told upon check-in that their television system was down. Every day they promised that it would be fixed. But for the entire week this didn’t happen and we weren’t offered no form of compensation upon check-out.

Breakfast, although adequate is quite sparse and not exceptional quality. The tea was dreadful and eggs could be much better. There was cereal, croissants, some fruit etc but not much choice in hot food.

Great location, surrounded by bars and restaurants and only a very short walk to Skanderbeg square. Spacious room with great balcony overlooking the cafes. very clean and good airconditioning.

Breakfast was simply not enjoyable, for example, bread and croissant were stale. The room, although not bad, lacked the style and confort we were expecting given the rate.

The hotel location and staff were great. Rooms were big and furniture adequate. All was clean and we had a good stay.

Great location, just in front of the market. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff were very helpful. We had to leave for a day trip at 6:30 in the morning and the staff prepared sandwiches for us to take out which was very kind. To be honest, this hotel was far better than the other 5 star hotel we stayed at. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

The room was too warm through most of the night. The receptionist said that might be because hotel was full so the cooling power per room was less. The breakfast wasn't quite up to the excellent quality we saw in some other Albanian hotels. Much larger than the other places we stayed in during our Albania trip, so less personal.

Great location. Well done - beds, cupboards, lifts etc were all solid and good quality. Generally in very good condition.

Only one thin bed cover was provided. I asked for an extra blanket which they did not have. Later the desk clerk did bring up another thin bed cover for me which was very kind of him.

The rooms were large and comfortable and the bed was great. The location near the market meant that there was lots of choice for dinner nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good and the coffee was delicious.

Parking is VERY difficult. May recommendation to park at the parking lot at the mosque. This is 12,- € per day and 8 minutes to walk.

Excellent Hotel in perfect location. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Possibilities to buy food and drinks for the room. Very good breakfast. The room is very cosy and very quite (you do not hear anything from the street. Extremly nice personal trying to serve you perfectly.

Only a small gripe but the room provided tea & coffee facilities but no milk. Asked for milk at reception and got charged for it.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was a highlight with the fishtanks surrounding the room.
