The staff were helpful, friendly, gave suggestions for our sightseeing and couldn't have been more delightful. The balcony was great and views took in the mountains. The breakfast was simple but freshly made. Everything was clean. Location is south Tirana a few minutes walk from Chabad and there are manual keys and no electric doors! It's a 12-15 drive to the centre of Tirana and 3 minutes drive from a huge shopping centre.

Everything! From the moment we arrived which was a bit rough, they were really friendly and caring. They told us a lot about the surrounding, helped us on things we were having troubles. I'd definitely recommend that hotel to friends :)

The staff are very helpful: they arranged for my airport pick-up and drop-off to the bus station. As my bus ride to the next country was in the early morning, they prepared a breakfast takeaway for me. I like the style of this small hotel.

The place was very clean and tidy. Inviting and pleasant to stay in. The staff is amazing, especially Arie from the reception who helped us with exceptional kindness with everything we needed.

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at this hotel, perfect for our needs before starting our trip. Despite our very late arrival, the reception staff were incredibly accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and made the check-in process remarkably quick and smooth, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Our room was perfectly adequate in size, and the bathroom truly stood out – the shower was impressively large and offered fantastic water pressure, making for a very refreshing experience. The breakfast provided was also very nice, offering a good selection that fully met our needs for that morning.

It's worth noting that the hotel is located a bit further from the city center. However, this was not an issue for us as we had a rental car, making transportation easy. For future guests, we would recommend this hotel if you have your own transportation. If you plan to rely solely on public transport or prefer to be within immediate walking distance of central attractions, you might consider a hotel closer to the city center.

Really nice staff, especially at the reception. They are very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is also quite filling. I preferred the option with the omelette, though. You can tell that they invested in the facilities, despite what the surrounding community may look like. It's been a while since I stayed at a hotel with a bed that was really comfortable. The bathroom is really spacious and modern, and the air conditioning/management system is also prettier good. There are atm machines, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, etc. within walking distance (15 mins or so). It also helps that the L8/8A bus runs along there. The bus stop is 4 mins from the hotel, and using Patoko cab service (app in store) is affordable/more or less reliable (8 euros was the highest I paid to get to points in the centre.) That ride is about 25 min

Even though it is smoke-free in the rooms, when people smoke from their balcony, it feels their neighbours room with the terrible smoke. I didn't appreciate waking up to that in the middle of the night Unless I missed it, it was surprising that there was no safe for valuables. It is also worrying because the sign with rules posted in the room says the hotel isn't considered. You're forced to take those valuablesī with you. That's not really convenient. The tv system could do with an upgrade. Didn't really use it much because there was no English content. Albanian and Spanish content were normal.

We had to stay at Hotel Bonsai due to a missed flight, and we only wanted to relax and calm down, which is exactly what this hotel provided. The room and bathroom were very clean overall, and they were well stocked with toothbrushes and toiletries, as well as great quality towels. The queen sized bed was very comfortable, and the thick cotton sheets and multiple choices of pillows would probably suit even the pickiest of sleepers. The breakfast was outstanding - we were greeted with tasty food options, coffee and juice served by the very patient staff.

Clean and well maintained. The bedroom was one of the nicest we have stayed in during our trip. Check-in was efficient. Staff were always there. Air conditioning was NEXT LEVEL. Friendly staff. View was cute. Had an elevator. Quiet.

Location was a bit off the beaten path, but close enough to where we needed to go.

Location its not the best but it's close to the city, about 20 min There was constant noise throughout the night not high disturbing, but you could definitely hear it well

The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful. It’s only a 10-15 minute drive from Tirana town centre, which is ideal with private transport. Despite the kitchen being close, the staff accommodated breakfast for us early in the morning before our 7am flight. My partner and I thought it was very kind of them.

The underground parking is not ideal, especially if you drive a large car. The spaces are very tight and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There is both underground and outside parking, but both are very limited. The room was much smaller than the pictures online and the view from the room was not pleasing.
