Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Took the initiative asking if we wanted any water or lunch to bring for the day out. Breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant being in what looked like a wooden hut was very nice.

Our stay at Ervini was fantastic- the hotel, facilities, cleanliness and service were top class. It is centrally located jusy walking distance from the town centre and a great place to explore with good restaurants. Most importantly Beni, the owner was extremely helpful and he goes above and beyond to make guest's experience great! He also helped book our day trips- which was seamless. I therefore highly recommend Hotel Ervini.

Really minor things: - Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room - the elevator goes as up as 2nd floor, for the upper floor you need to use the stairs.

The hotel manager is so nice. Breakfast was delicious, even though it is served and i personally prefer buffet, i still really liked it. The room was big and had a hot tub which was really nice. Overall really enjoyed it

This was by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The team was truly outstanding – super friendly, helpful, and really committed to making sure guests have a great experience. The hotel was incredibly clean and offered private parking, which is a big plus. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was the only place we found with proper shutters to block out the light completely. Soundproofing was excellent, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight: it had a separate shower and a perfectly clean, generously sized jacuzzi – a real luxury where we could relax comfortably without feeling cramped. It really made the stay even more memorable. Since everything else was perfect, we felt the breakfast could have been just a little better – though it was still very good and totally satisfying.

Benny, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and made every request possible - from laundry (after coming from Theth) to organizing a full Shala River trip (car–bus–boat), recommending restaurants, and giving great local tips. Truly a local friend who made us feel like VIP guests. The rest of the staff was also incredible - warm, helpful, and attentive. Rooms are top-notch, all new, with smart TV (Netflix), AC everywhere, and the best shower we had in Albania. Location is superb - all city attractions within a short walk, volleyball court outside, and plenty of parking in the heart of Shkodër. Breakfast is excellent and beautifully served, and the lunch we had at the Ervini restaurant was great.

The room was well-equipped with all the necessities, making our stay very comfortable. The owner was super nice and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the good breakfast each morning. On the day we had to check out, we had to check out early and couldn't have breakfast, the owner thoughtfully prepared a packed lunch for us. The convenient parking was a big plus. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Benjamin the owner did everything to make us feel great, the hotel is modern with amazing and smart rooms. The bed was so comfortable, we slept very good at night.. The breakfast is delicious with personal table service. The morning we left early for a trip, he simply made us delicious sandwiches to take with us! The hotel is a few minutes walk from the center and we highly recommend it

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! From when we first arrived, the staff were always ready to lend a hand with our bags, help us make our baby comfortable with a bed, bath, and food, and make us feel welcomed. We loved our stay here and would happily stay if visiting the area again!

The hotel and especially the owner/host could not have been any better. Breakfast is superb. The owner goes out of his way to receive all guests with a personal welcome. His restaurant recommendations were really good and he organised us a private taxi transfer to Tirana. Shkodër is an emerging tourist town and is well worth a visit.

The stunning room with the Jacuzzi and the super friendly helpful staff. Sandwiches were made for us as we couldn't have breakfast one day due to going on the Komani ferry trip, and we could also leave our car here whilst we were on this trip. Its only a short 5 minute walk or so to the end of the main pedestrian area

Absolutely stunning hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a touch of elegance and luxury — everything was spotless and so well maintained. The attention to detail is impressive, from the decor to the comfort of the beds. The breakfast was also a highlight kinda like buffet-style and full of variety, with something to suit every taste. Whether you wanted something light or a full spread, it was all fresh and delicious. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible service. Every staff member was kind and helpful, but I have to give a special thank you to the lovely lady at reception — not only was she beautiful, but she also made my stay with her warm welcome and genuine smile. Her energy was everything! Highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely be back!
