The blond girl at the breakfast needs to start enjoying her job as looked miserable and showed she dies not enjoy what she dies maybe time to either change jobs or greet guests with a smile

Hotel was conveniently located to the beach and restaurant strips it was roomy bathroom was a good size but shower was small had a nice sea view room and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was magnificent and good options

Went on the low season and 3 nights got a few unexpected - no running water for the first night and next morning until after 8am, room was not cleaned for one day; when checking out the hotel trying to force me pay in cash!

If you are prone to allergies like me you might have problems. Whenever i turned on the AC i would get severe alergies and would recomend the staff to clean the filters.

Hotel is at great location and the view from the room is amazing. Parking is also wery nice in the city centre. Rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is good.

I had a problem with the socket close to bed. It took them 6 hours to repair it. Considering that I am traveling with a small child, this was a big problem for me.

Little things like 2 wine glasses when I personally would have preferred some water . I asked for a map of the area which is usually provided free and had to pay 3 Euros .For me these let things down. The room was fine

The plus points of the hotel were the location right at the front, there was some music on loudly near by but it went off around 23:00 hours. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic unfortunately we had a ferry to catch or I would have eaten even more and the view good

The facilities were fantastic and clean. Very convenient location! The staff were attentive and very helpful especially Nora on reception who gave us advice on buses and how to get around easily. The breakfast had something for everyone, was fresh and constantly replenished with lovely pastries and fresh crepes being brought out. Would definitely stay again!

I booked a room with full sea view and I didn’t get any view . I complained to the staffs and got moved to a twin bed room, this was just only bigger than my previous room and still no sea view . The staffs promised to have it resolved and that their manager would call me . I heard nothing from them till I ended my stay there . They also confirmed that the room I was given isn’t what I paid for ( it’s a lesser room they gave me) . I just feel they were over booked and failed to assign me with the right room. They never spoke about a refund as well which was devastating because that was like a downgrade to what I paid for .

The property location was great , very accessible and clean . The breakfast was a nice buffet as well.

Room in this hotel is very poor and old nothing what is showing in the fotos very old.Bathroom was tiny and not comfortable.Balcony was with horrible view.And location was good but very noisy evening time you can hear music from outside .Not recommend this hotel for sure is not 4 star hotel .Disappointed from room and little fridge was liking with water in the floor.Only that girl in the reception was star Elionora.

I like the girl in the reception her name was Elionora she was very nice from the beginning to the end.

The bathroom was quite dated compared to the rest of the room. Shower was a bit small. Breakfast options were cold but good variety.

Very nice and clean room, big spacious balcony and amazing views. Amazing, helpful staff. In the centre of sarande so very close to walk to beaches/restaurants and bars.

Mengjesi ishte i ftohte dhe nuk kishte variacion. Mungonin gjerat bazike, si biroshi, djath, proshuta etj dhe ushqimet qe ishin nuk mund ti haje sepse ishin te ndenjura. Kerkuam nje krevat portativ shtese kundrejt pageses dhe na kerkuan 2 fishin e cmimit te dhomes.

Lokacioni ishte komod ne lidhje me pedonalen dhe qendren.
