The space, lovely clean modern rooms. The food was amazing. The staff work so hard and long hours but still gave great service. The pool was lovely! Beautiful views and lots of sunbeds. Its in the middle of a mountain and so peaceful. I can't wait to return!! We want to book a villa next time but its so popular and rightly so

There was nothing we didn't like. Something to consider is that you will need your own car/hire car to be comfortable. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was though and definitely not a negative from us, more of a consideration

Hotel Bujtina Ajazi is an absolutely exceptional place! It's a true oasis of peace and beauty that completely makes up for the less impressive impressions from other areas around Tirana. The guesthouse itself is charming with its unique atmosphere. The surroundings are picturesque and perfect for a getaway away from the hustle and bustle, and the interiors are decorated with incredible taste and attention to detail. However, its biggest asset is the unique, family-like atmosphere, created by wonderful people. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the owner himself is a man with great passion who can charm every guest. The cuisine is a true feast for the palate! The meals are excellent, prepared from the freshest products and 100% on-site. Even the morning bread consists of fragrant, homemade baked goods. This is without a doubt the best place to try authentic, traditional Albanian cuisine. We spent a wonderful time here with our family (2 adults and 2 children). The stay, with its top-level service, will remain in our memories for a long time. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for true Albanian hospitality!

A note for people allergic to bees: The area might not be entirely comfortable for those allergic to bees, as there are quite a lot of them due to the presence of olive trees. Of course, meals can be enjoyed in the air-conditioned indoor areas, and the waiters set up smoking coils outside that help to repel them.

Wasps, way too many around. One little girl was stung and one of the staff was stung as well, having anaphylaxis. Should definitely be mitigated.

The pool area is amazing! Quite clean and tidy, and the rooms are small — at least the ones we stayed in. Breakfast is tasty but the same every morning, and unfortunately, each person only gets one cup of coffee in the morning :). The cheeses are very delicious since everything comes from the family farm. In the evening, the surroundings are beautifully decorated. It’s worth noting that there is a restaurant on-site, which is open to everyone, not just hotel guests.

Stayed in the lil deluxe villa and it was so modern and beautifully furnished! Also loved the pool and the breakfast, and it was close enough to golem for a short car ride but far away enough to feel like secluded vineyard vibes

Amazing place in a peaceful location- bit of an adventure to get to but well worth it . The staff are lovely. The food is fantastic and the pool is beautiful.

Room was nice

Requested a quiet room and was put in a room overlooking the restaurant. Very loud music was played until 2am and fireworks were set off at 1:30am. Wait staff in the bar/restaurant area were rude and service was very slow

Beautiful place, I would say so much better than the pictures even show. Completely secluded and you feel in nature with all the olive trees and animals in the distance. It was so beautifully styled, the whole interior is beautifully designed and the outdoors is magical with fairy lights and an amazing pool. The food was incredible and clearly all homemade. Amazing experience would love to go back.

The only thing I could fault was the loud music played on the Saturday in the restaurant. It could have been a bit quieter / more relaxing as the value of this beautiful hotel is how peaceful and quiet it is in the middle of fields.

A place that must be visited and do not eat no where else if you booked to sleep here they have amazing food and lovely place to eat with fire place just so lovely (i made a mistake and booked dinner somewhere else coz i didn’t know ) i wish i didn’t thank you!

Everything was perfect, nice view, friendly staff, clean room, great time.

My god where to start, this place is heaven on earth and the best way to spend your days in the nature, eat delicious food and enjoy the peaceful area of the country next to the sea. We will be back because this place is seriously the best, the staff is very nice, the facilities are warm and clean, everythign is 10 out of 10.

Beautiful house from the 60s, with old fashioned decoration and quiet environment, surrounding by nature. Great swimming pool, good food. Great service from the staff. We recommend.

Nothing. Everything was good. The owner is a nice gentleman. BIG thank you for Mire and his attention during all our stay, really appreciate :)

The property is beautiful on the outside and the surrounding areas in nature. The restaurant is very fancy and offers great food-it was very busy with locals too. Breakfast was great and a lot of food.

The road in is very steep, long and unpaved the whole way. The loose stones cracked the cars alloy. The room was very dark and you could not open the curtains to let extra light in. We banged our heads on the sloping ceiling A LOT of times. We did not get the room we paid for. We wanted a family room because we like extra space so thats what we paid for but they were saying when we got there we are only two people we don’t need a family room. Even though thats what we paid for. Also every picture on their website shows having a balcony-no room they have has their own balcony. The pool was advertised that it would be finished for our arrival but it was unfilled and unfinished in parts but it does look like it will be glorious.
