I really love the reception, all the people are really nice, always with the smile. And I love so much the food, it was incredible at all the time at breakfast at lunch and dinner. I recommend so much for people who want something unique and traditional. In prime we have a really great view!

An amazing view during meals. The place itself has an amazing view. The family/staff were always super welcoming, kind and helpful. The food served was super tasty, traditional, and the quantities served will please any appetite.

We really enjoyed the fact that it was a family-run guesthouse, which gave it such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for, making it feel more personal than a typical hotel. What stood out most, however, was Mirel’s kindness and hospitality—he was very accommodating, attentive, and made us feel truly looked after throughout our stay.

Far from town.

STUNNING location- only downside is that it is about 1 mile walk down the hill into Theth and the hikes. But stunning views of the Albanian Alps! The food was AMAZING- you should buy dinner one night for a great taste of traditional Albanian food. The family running the place was so kind and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as two younger girls traveling!! Could not recommend enough.

A warm and welcoming family-run place that we would love to visit again. The business is mainly managed by the son, who does a fantastic job. The room was excellent and the view from the dining area was absolutely stunning. Make sure to reserve dinner in advance. It was the most delicious meal we had at any accommodation. Ask for some local tips — everyone is happy to help.

I didn’t realise how far it actually was from Theth village, about 3km uphill. So it is basically impossible to get back up there easily, you always need to drive (walking down is okay although still long). The family offered to drive us and pick us up and did not mention any cost, although we assumed it would be something we did not expect a 60 euro charge at check out for 4, 5min drives up/down the hill… also out of their control but the house is incredibly noisy and guests kept us up all night after a massive hike :(

The guesthouse is in a beautiful place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and if you have a car I would highly recommend.

The accommodation offers a stunning panoramic view from the restaurant, which was definitely a highlight. Keep in mind that the place is located in the hills above Teth, so if you’re traveling on foot, it’s best to hitchhike or arrange a ride (would cost around 15€). It’s also important to check whether the bathroom is private or shared before booking. The staff, who are a friendly family, were always smiling and welcoming. The Albanian food served was delicious and authentic.

A little rough and ready but it is a traditional guest house. Dinner is a little expensive compared to in the town but you definitely get a lot of food for your money.

Family were lovely, and location was beautiful. Breakfast included was exceptional and left with full bellies.

It bothered me that the mother and son worked around the clock in a way that looked really exhausting, yet the father didn’t appear to put in the same amount of effort. I understand there may be cultural differences, but it’s hard to watch such inequality.

Impossible to reach without a car and a courageous driver. the room has no heater so everything feels damp and cold when it rains. As the place is quite isolated without many dining options, we ate our dinners at the guesthouse. They offered traditional food but without a menu and gave us the choice of meat. As we forgot to ask the price for the meals, we were served with way too much food that we didn't eat (cheese, pickles, side dishes) and could not finish (huge quantities for 4 persons), we felt that it costs too much. I would have preferred less food and paid accordingly. The photos show dishes for 4 including soups for each.

The guesthouse was up in the mountains and very beautiful up there as we could look into the valley from the dining area and the air was fresh and it was quiet and very cold at night (8-12 deg celcius) in late May. Nothing much to do up here except slow down and it was not possible to walk to the waterfalls as the routes have changed with different building constructions & paths being overgrown. Both Google & hiking maps did not work. The owner(?) was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.

Top floor rooms missing air conditioning as it becomes really warm from early morning

The property was really clean. The breakfast was the best we had in all our one-week trip in Albania! View is stunning as well!
