Really lovely guesthouse right above Theth, which was perfect for us after the long day walking from Vusanje. the family/host was lovely and the rooms were spot clean. Food was great too!

The walls are rather thin and the room door is glass so there can be quite some light and noise at night.

The dinner (12€ for vegetarian) was truly excellent, one of the best we had in Albania, and the breakfast was very good as well - Thank you! It's located above Theth, with amazing surroundings.

Very lovely with beautiful view and just a 20 minute walk from Theth Center. Lola is a very lovely host. We were a few hours late when we arrived and it was already dark and way after the check in time, but she still picked us up and was very kind about it and her and her family gave her best, to give us the most comfortable stay at their home. Thank you so much! :)

There’s absolutely nothing negative i have to say about it

A really cute and nicely situated house, really clean and comfortable, and the worlds nicest hostess. We stayed two days and had really nice and satiating dinners and breakfasts both days that the hostess makes herself, from alot of fresh local ingredients, the room and bathroom was really clean and in good shape, but most of all the host family was super kind and welcoming, and professional!

We had to walk like 3km from theth center. But that was a small small problem

Everything was great. The owner was nice, the atmosphere was amzing. We felt like being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by farm animals, mountains and nature. Breakfast was local and delicious. Everything was clean.

The room was small. The owners watched TV quite loudly but not until late.

The mattresses were comfy and the bathroom is huge with a great shower. Breakfast was wonderful! Great value for money.

Slightly far out of town but the walk in is still very nice.

Amazing guesthouse. Lola the host is incredibly friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and we had a lovely time staying with her and her family at the guesthouse. The food was lovely and rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

NOTE: No kitchen for dinner, 15 euros for dinner with meat and 12 for vegetarian per person. Breakfast was delicious but relatively small; only one egg with two small sausages and homemade cheese. (of course far away from Theth itself)

only one thing to say to improve is the street dog barking in the night but as we are in Albania, this is almost unavoidable as we learned. 😜🐕

out stay was amazing, after a short ride through rough roads we were greeted most lovingly and shown around. the property is a family owned farm with animals and they were just making Rakhi in the garden. They also offer dinner which looked amazing, unfortunately we had already eaten. The breakfast was amazing and I would definitely come again.

Beautiful place!! The food is really good (it was no problem to have vegetarian food but we had few problems with drinking the fresh cow milk so be careful about that if you’re planning to hike) and the family super nice and helpful!! The room is super nice and clean and everything is very modern. Is it about 40min from Theth Center but this is really no problem since it is in a way more beautiful area and even closer to the Theth-Valbona and the Peja path. It is really nice to stay a few days and experience the beautiful area! faleminderit! shihemi

Lola and her family were lovely from the moment we arrived and the whole house is sparkling clean! You can tell Lola puts a lot of pride in her work. We opted out of the dinner options they provided to us but the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. The house is about a 35 minute walk to the center of Theth so it’s perfect if you’re looking for an authentic Albanian experience.

It is around 2kms walk from the center. Totally worth the walk. Access to the property is via neighbour property ( as per google map) . The neighbor was quite rude and he made that access as private. He was quite rude with other fellow people as well. Informed our host regarding the same hope it will be sorted out in the future.

The hosts and the food, this is one of the few remaining places in Theth where you can still eat local village food. The hosts/ family patriarch Gjergj made me a custom hiking stick which was very reliable and lasted the entire trip of hiking for the next nine days. This particular neighborhood is in the very edge of Theth and still resembles the Theth from pre-2019, a quite place not overloaded with lines of tourists.
