We felt very warmly welcomed, at home and taken care of. Place was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely stay - great location (you definitely need to arrive by car like everywhere else in Albania). The parking place is being watched by cameras, the garden is amazing, views as well. 10 minutes by foot from a little village with shops and restaurants, one good restaurant is also right next to the guesthouse. It's very peaceful, hosts are lovely. Room was clean, AC working perfectly. Thank you, definitely reccommend to stay here!!

We had a fantastic stay at Xhuli Guest House. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the lake. All the facilities were excellent. Every morning, the host kindly prepared us coffee, which was a lovely touch, and they provided us with great recommendations about the area. For my 7-year-old daughter, the garden was the highlight, especially the rescued tortoises the hosts lovingly cared for and the chickens :). The property is within walking distance of Lake Shkodra’s best beach, as well as several great restaurants. We are truly grateful for the hosts’ warm hospitality, which made our stay unforgettable.

No blinds or shutters on the huge windows of the room preventing from sleeping after 6-7 AM in the morning.

Wonderful location by the lake with stunning views. Very nice welcome, the house is brand new, the bedding is excellent. There is a lovely pebble beach 200m away and a nice restaurant right by the house. Highly recommended.

From the moment we stepped into the property we felt like we were at home! Milan and Michael welcomed us and showed us around, and shared great tips regarding food and cultural activities. The location is amazing, the view is so beautiful and the whole area is very peaceful. Ideal for someone looking for a place to relax and enjoy for a few days. The facilities are brand new and there is plenty of space for parking. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you for you hospitality!

Great place, we really liked it! Incredible view and quiet place. Everything you need is in the room. For those who don't want to go/drive to the center, there is a wonderful restaurant 20 meters from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. If I could give a rating higher than 10, I would :)

Milan greeted me by name when I arrived, he helped carry my bag to my room and gave me all the info as well as local food recommendations. The view was amazing, such a beautiful place to live.

Everything was great. There is road construction but no noisy work was being done while I visited.

Beautiful view, outside of town away from the noise but still walking distance to great restaurants (we had dinner next door and it was delicious!) The host family is absolutely delightful, so warm and very helpful. We visited the castle the next day and were given free entry as guests of Xhuli, such a nice perk! (castle visit is totally worth it too!) Highly recommend :)

The location is amazing, right on the lake. The room was simple but perfect for what we wanted. The beds we comfortable, the shower was hot and the host was very friendly (and makes good coffee). Would definitely recommend.

There needs to be a bigger bin in the room, and I would have liked a kettle in the room or communal BBQ area (although in fairness, it doesn’t say there is a kettle in the room).

The host/owner is very very friendly, his older boy speaks great English. The apartment is very clean and modern and they treated us exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

Everything is great in this guest house starting from the great view up to great hospitality.

Firstly, the location of this accommodation is simply excellent - the proximity to the main tourist attractions made sightseeing truly convenient. What made our stay exceptionally memorable was not only the beautiful surroundings but, above all, the delightful hosts. Their hospitality, warm approach, and openness to guests' needs made us feel at home. They provided us with valuable tips regarding places to visit and restaurants, which turned out to be spot on. Additionally, during our stay, we had an unexpected situation that required quick reaction and support. The hosts proved to be incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation, providing us with assistance and guidance that truly helped us. Their warm approach to our needs made us feel safe and appreciated. In summary, I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking not only comfortable accommodation in an excellent location but also valuing a genuinely warm approach from the hosts. Very cosy and very clean apartment. The place is very quiet, just opposite Shkodra Lake. It is also a perfect place for overnight stop while travelling through Albania. House owners are very helpful and hospitable. Beds are comfortable and WiFi connection fast. As a bonus you get a stunning lake and nearby mountains view! The location is also easily reachable by car.
