Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When we arrived late at night after our delayed flight. We paid for our stay in cash (euro). Somehow, some mexican pesos were in with our euro money and we had accidentally paid 40 of the total stay in mexican notes and had not realised. The night staff informed us when we got to our room , him not understanding us in our language ended up throwing the whole cash back at us in the room. Issue resolves eventually.
Great location in the city centre in a side street that was lovely and quiet . Very spacious room and clean. Small fidge provided in the room as a added bonus. Bathroom a little dated but the room was well value for money. Towels provided with some toiletries. The hotel is near some lovely bars and restaurants and central for our needs. Tv and wardrobe also in the room.

We appreciated 24/7 service. Location is super - walking distance to the center. Our breakfast was easy but fantastic - we loved croissants from Le Bon :o) All staff was very nice, kind and helpful and we were happy we could leave our luggage at the reception after chceck-out before our flight. The only thing that could have been better was the bathroom. It was a little bit old. But it is 3 star hotel so it is understandable. We enjoyed our stay and we can recommend this hotel to everyone!

Really great central location, hotel and facilities were worth the money paid. Staff service was good and very accomidating when we asked the extend the stay an extra night.

If you are coming by car, make sure you arranged your parking, ahead, otherwise you will have a problem. Hotel staff doesnt speak english/italian. The bathroom fixtures is outdated but outdated it remembers Hoxha times....
The location is an advantage just a few steps from Skanderbeg Square

Great location to wander around central Tirana. Friendly and helpful staff in small, family place. Very good breakfast (and good outdoor restaurant just 2 mins down the road).

The location is central and convenient, sweet and helpful receptionists round on the hour, clean room, and at last a simple but good breakfast :)

Shower curtain should be a bit longer, when showering you might flood the bathroom.
Very friendly host, close to city center, restaurants. and shops close by. Good breakfast with fruits, eggs, bread, tea, coffee, sausage, and cheese.

The shameful polluting single-use plastic packaging for toiletries, single-use plastic packaging food for breakfast (jam, butter, etc.), single use plastic bottles for water, etc. Everybody knows the damages to environment and future generations of these things, it is not respectful towards guests and society to still use them and pollute this way. The hotel doesn't seem to have a visible Green Policy.
Perfect location, free parking in the street, in the front of the hotel.

The drains in the bathroom smell a bit.

Bathroom in need of modernisation, TV not connected to the antena, a bit dark room

Room was small and a bit tight, bathroom was ok, but lacked auxiliary shelves, specially in the shower. Breakfast was good, but very few options of food.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was great - very close to main square and city center.

Lovely place with amazing people. We arrived at the hotel around 1pm, the owner was waiting for us, he helped us to bring our lugage to the room, we also get some soft drink to the room. Very nice, clean place. If you are in Tirana it's a perfect place to stay.
