You get what you pay for. It’s a cheap accomodation and it looks and feels like it. But you have everything you can possibly need so we didn’t have anything to complain about. There is also a lot of stairs! Beware!

The location of the guesthouse was amazing! Everything was in walking distance. Alban the host was great and met us downstairs at check in. He carried our bags up to the room which was a huge help as it was a lot of stairs! Alban also messaged lots of good recommendations for the area!

The shower doesn’t work properly and also the AC works but only as a ventilator, so the room was a little bit hot, also due to the fact that is under the roof.

The staff is really nice and kind, they are really helpfull and available. Also the location is in the center of the city, so it’s really convenient.

A minus was that it was not so cleaned in the bathroom. On the floor it was some gravel or something. And I hung up my towel in the evening and the morning after it was gravel on that too. So it must have been falling from the roof I guess

I was only here for a night an I appreciate the fast and smooth check in I could do. The location was good for me, had what I needed nearby. The staff was nice and easy to communicate with through whatsapp, answered quickly.

Like I said, some rooms need fresh painting and it looks the entire building is in desperate need of better plumbing, but it's really nothing major. Also not exactly a complaint, but get ready for the stairs, there are many.

This perfectly located guesthouse does not have all the frills you would expect from a regular hotel. What you can expect here is the easiest access to the main square, efficient air conditionning, clean bathrooms and basic comfort. What else do you need? It need certain upgrades, especially regarding AC drippings leaving stains on the walls and trimmings and plumbing, but overall it was everything we needed. We got to stay there a total of 6 nights out of 24 on our family trip. Alban was always available to answer our questions promptly and accomodate us with early checkin, etc. even though we never got to meet him.

There is a constant smell. And i have stayed and in another apartment in the same area which had a similar smell. Not sure if anything can be done about it!

The location is excellent and so was the gentleman who sent us videos for location and key etc! He was very polite and helpful.

It was all good!

Myself and four friends stayed here for a couple of nights over a January weekend in a twin and triple room. We are all agreed that the accommodation was more than satisfactory. The rooms were spacious and clean. The top deck roof space was a good place to gather communally and enjoy a natter with a beer. The area of town felt safe and was only a short walk to the big square. It was about 20 minutes walk to the main bars district too which is fine. We actually met with our host, Fation, briefly. A very amicable and helpful chap to say the least. He put us onto some great bar and food recommendations as well as some local history. He was also very prompt with email and WhatsApp messages which helped smooth the arrival process too. We never saw or heard any of the other guests staying there which is testament to the soundproofing. For a short to medium stay in Tirana, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments.

There are no plates or utensils just glasses in the "kitchen". My room had pigeons living under the roof just above my bed and making noises all night. If you are a light sleeper ask for a different room than room no. 6.

Great location. It's very close to everything. Downtown is within a short walk and groceries are just around the corner. Everything was pretty clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the host was responsive and helpful.

Smell in the bathroom, also there was a brick in the shower (??). In my bed I found smbs hair:( would be nice to work on the cleanliness . Also would be great to have a real curtain - the one there doesn’t protect from the sun, but it is just an advice.

The fact that the room we were in had access to a private bathroom across the hallway, but no real problem. The steps up, but we are in our 60's and we managed. We only stayed there one night.

The rooms were a bit bare, kinda expected a different room from the booking. But nothing bad, it was still perfect with balcony and bed and shower and even slippers to use.

The hosts were super nice, picked me up from the airport at 2 am and gave me a lot of tips. Location is great, very central.

You have to climb about 95 stairs to get to the apartment (I counted), so if you've got heavy baggage or you are mobility-restricted, this would be a challenge. While there is rooftop access, which provides a nice city view, there's no common area to speak of - there's a VERY small area with a table and a tea kettle, but basically, either you're in your room, or your out on the town. It was still quite cold in the room even though I was there in late April at a time when it wasn't all that cold outside...

Alban is a super helpful host and he's willing to answer any travel questions you might have. Even though he's not on-site, he'll respond via email/Whatsapp. The apartment is in a very centrally-located building, easy access to attractions in the center of town

Some easy wins would be to oil up the squeaky door knobs and have a separation between the toilet and the shower space.

It was convenient and the hosts were super nice and helpful. The location is great and it was clean and tidy.
