Amazing one-night stay! The kids loved the pool and Rocky the dog, and our room had one of the best views of our trip. Getting there is a little adventurous, but so worth it.

same breakfast everyday. when i ordered second espresso on breakfast they charged me!! when i asked for juice for the kids they told me that i have to pay!! the prices are little high in the restaurant. they didn't clean the rooms everyday, we had to ask them to do that. the garden is full of bees and flies, we couldn't eat outside.

Watch out for the slippery steps pool entry. There's a big electricity pilon that crackles behind the hotel but not in the view across the valley.

Stayed at Chateau Fasel for one week and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They took care of everything from picking us up at the airport, to making sure our room was perfect, and even helping us arrange local guides and activities. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, peaceful, clean, and with beautiful views. We spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. One of our favorite spots was the Lumière rooftop, especially in the evening. It's the perfect place for a cocktail, great music, and breathtaking sunset views. We also loved the outdoor cinema under the stars such a unique and cozy experience! Watching a movie surrounded by nature made the stay feel even more special. The whole team at Chateau Fasel made us feel welcome and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing and stylish place to stay, I highly recommend it. Would definetly come back!

Beyond expectations. We arrived at the property and the staff were simply amazing and helpful straight away. The rooms were clean and neat with a mixed architecture of stone and modern. The balcony suite we stayed at, had a wonderful space and gorgeous setting with a breathtaking view. Their infinity pool is the best feature they have and its best facility. The garden, the quietness, the service, were top notch and heads to the chef for the food. The food was super fresh, tasty and great to value. I would definitely recommend Chateau Fasel for anyone who loves the best of the both worlds.

Inaccurate description of distance from the airport and city.

Lovely pool, great staff. Location is a bit out of the way. It is farther than 20 minutes from the airport it's about 37 minutes from the airwork without traffic.

There was a pool being installed, so it was noisy at times, but they did their best to minimise any discomfort. Also, there's a new chef, so the menu was smaller than usual.

Set breakfast was fresh and served at the table. The view from the room, day and night, was beautiful. The service was on point, and we loved the dog and cat duo on site that would chill with us during breakfast.

I had an incredible stay at Chateau Fasel. The property is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and the views are breathtaking. The staff were warm and attentive. One of the most exciting updates is that they’re currently building a luxurious infinity pool. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, upscale escape. I am already looking forward to my next visit, especially to enjoy that new infinity pool!

The view was amazing, they are also building an infinity pool which will elevate even more this lovely hotel. the staff were super nice, they made it very special for my partner's birthday but putting extra effort to place candles and birthday wishes. We are very satisfied.

Need to go through a very busy neighbourhood to get there, traffic took a very long time. Also the room with a 'mountain view' had very low widows which required you to squat down to see out properly. A very nice room still, but would recommend a normal room rather than paying extra.

Very nice staff who both worked in the restaurant and dealt with your room on arrival. Lovely views and a great meal had both in the evening and for breakfast.

Location

Hosts are great and very friendly. We had issues with the first room and they quickly offered us a different one. Breakfast is really nice. Only down side is location. But staff can help with taxis/transportation

The walls are not exactly sound proof so you can listen to other guests sometimes. It would be perfect if the shower had a closed section so that the whole bathroom would not get totally wet.

The hotel is simply beautiful, on the mountains, with well kept gardens and beautiful views. Breakfast were nice and the staff very attentive. They help with taxis and so on. We had the junior suite room which has a big terrace from where you can enjoy a nice view of Tirana skyline.

Outstanding customer service, delicious breakfast, and spacious, clean rooms. They gave me a complimentary room upgrade and arranged a surprise for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Will definitely recommend it. A+++++

There was a mix up with me booking a room with two single beds and we got a bouble berd instead. we asked for a change but sadly they could not solve this problem at the time. Also, maintanance of the room could be better. The switcher on the shower faucet was missing.

The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. Very nice, very well presented and in a gorgeous setting. Thanks for that.
