Music around the pool was very (!) loud on Sunday afternoon. It was not possible to do a nap after my flight. However, the music stopped after 6pm

Fresher hot food at breakfast (not eggs that had been there a long time). Music at swimming pool generally too loud.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was good for BunkArt1 and Dajti Ekspres cable car. The swimming pool was great, though we would have preferred better and quieter background music.

Service at the breakfast/hotel restaurant: had to wait for my iced coffee for 30 min and when I got it, it was not cold nor were there any ice left. Then another 10 min wait for the ice I asked for. No apologies. Also there was no receptionist present at the front desk one morning and my partner had to help foreign guests to find the staff member in order to do check out. This took half an hour.

Big rooms, comfy bed. Nice pool area, although crowded in the weekend as they let all the paying guests to use it, not only hotel residents.

Very strange smell in the rooms, changed the room one time and second rom was a little better. The pool was very full as locals pays for stay. The Saturday there was a DJ, plays way to loud, it was hard to communicate. Breakfast was very simple, ate thre one time, the rest of the mornings we had breakfast we made in the room.

Big pool, kids part and adult part. Big room eating are outside. Good parking, and free.

I haven't met such a nice and helpful staff in a long time. It's a little far from the center, but there is a bus that comes. Excellent and kind greetings.

Not enough fruit and coffee and breakfast, room needs new lamps, balcony chairs are old and uncomfortable.

Pool closes too early on hot summer days. Breakfast quality was poor. Restaurant service was poor.

Nice location with beautiful view over Tirana, the room was clean and fresh towels supplied every day. Could be fantastic with a few updates like new carpets and proper finishes on things. Pool is fantastic and the main reason we chose the hotel, the downside is they close it at 6 PM so you don't get to enjoy an evening swim on a hot day ! Breakfast ranged from awful some days, to mediocre on other days. Could be fantastic if at least some proper coffee, non-diluted juice and some lovely albanian fresh bread was included. There is also a restaurant with a large terrace, that looks quite pretty but the service was slow and waiters uninterested at best, at worst you aren't given a menu and they give you the most expensive drink they have. The food quality was okay but for the price you can get much better in Tirana or even across the road.

Breakfast could have more choice. If you come late, you get no juice, no coffee. Staff did not bother to refill beverage containers, they brought coffee only after guests' request. We had to wait even for the drinking water.

I paid for 23 guests and when i went to check in, they only gave me enough rooms for 20 people. When i asked why, they said because we dont offer rooms for that many people and were refusing to give me a room for an extra 3 people and that my issue was with Booking.com for "overselling rooms". Those are the words the receptionist used. Extremely poor behaviour and service

The pool was fantastic and the bathroom. The room was comfortable and the bed large and comfy but the decor is starting to look a little worn (threadbare carpet and air on was leaking all over the balcony). The reception staff were helpful and the pool bar staff too although not very charismatic. The waiter service by the pool was dreadful. Very slow service and made you feel you were putting them out. The terrace bar staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast was not brilliant - items not replenished and quite basic. Felt the food was left out in the heat and not covered - but it served a purpose. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast took a very long time to arrive and it seemed that the staff in the restaurant were a bit confused as to what we were there for. Also its a good job we wernt planning on using the pool as it was green.

1 night stay..Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were good, views were amazing and location was perfect for having a hire car and was near the places we were visiting

Pool was not open for the season and that was not clear when I booked. Carpet in room was threadbare in many places. Breakfast was picked over by the time we arrived 30mins after opening but the waiter was very nice in getting us coffee, more juice, etc.

Location is very convenient to the Dajti cable car and hiking area. AC in the room was good and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was nice.

The staff were very unpleasant, Old room, dirty room carpet, old forniture, poor breakfast, everything is extra money: pool bad 100 euro,, espresso at the breakfast extra money. Bottom line: poor hotel, poor service.

We booked 7 nights but left after 3 due to an absolutely terrible experience. There was a wedding event with extremely loud music that lasted until 4:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep. When we complained, staff said that they had connections with the police — we felt completely helpless and intimidated. The pool is open to public. It was overcrowded, and despite settling into a sunbed early, the manager moved us to a worse location without explanation. We had no peace, no rest, and no proper service. This is not a peaceful resort — it’s a party venue with no guest care and zero accountability. We deeply regret staying here and warn other travelers: do not risk your vacation or your safety by booking this place.

The pool one of the greatest place of the resort very clean with great staff Don’t miss the terrace with an sparkling view of Tirana in the evening I feel great to recommend Chateau Linza for who love the relaxed time, beautiful view and very quality food

Front desk was almost always empty. Breakfast was more than poor. Pool area closes at 18h because staff has to go room but it’s still more than 30 degrees outside.

Not much. I guess the offer for the price is ok since it’s difficult to find a pool in Tirana.

We had to book a twin room (whilst being a couple) as it was the only option available for us to book. However, the hotel seemed to be fairly empty.

Nice quiet location. Very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean. Shower was very good.
