Hello Nico. This is not an honest review. It is right your friend left her things in the shared room and someone took it from her but it was me that spend the whole day around with her to fix everything. As you traveled a lot you know that it is not our responsability for things someone leaves unattended in the shared rooms. Anyway we did all we could do to help her and for the 2 days i did not charge your friend was you begging me to do. I am very sorry for what happened but also very sorry you express yourself in this way. Afterall your friend gave us a 10 point review for how close we stayed her and how much we helped her and you also. Have a nice day.
