Dear Mrs Katerina, Thank you very much for your candid review of your recent stay at our hotel. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. I greatly appreciate your comments about aspects of the hotel .You visit us at 14th April at the begging of the season and it is reasonable that there are shortages in staff as we didn't expect the summer season to start so early ,but we apologies for your experience here. Your problem was that the doorknob in your room broke and you wanted it repaired immediately but we assured you that we just called the craftsman to fix it and we told you that is nothing more that we can do as you insist our employee to fix it without have the knowledge how after 20 minutes the craftsman came straight away and fix the broken knob. But a would like to emphasize how sorry we are for this experience of yours and we are going to the best we can to satisfy you next time. Again thank you for your review .
