The only negative thing I can say is that we wanted to stay longer (because it was so good there) but we couldn’t because they were fully booked.

The beds are hard . The breakfast choices are great but you have to pay for coffee

The location and beach area of the hotel I think are the best in himare . The staff in the bar /restaurant are fabulous . The beach front rooms with verandas are the best choice .

Breakfast was very limited and often the served food was not was what ordered. The portions were så small , so you were still hungry after breakfast. Cold coffee was also served. Parking is a nightmare. We had a fine…

Breakfast was basicly just different versions of egg. Crepes on menu but not available during our stay. No coffee included in breakfast, but just around 1euro for espresso.

- cold breakfast. Since there are no special dishes that keep food hot, I think it is better to reconsider breakfast from buffet to la carte type. Also, vegetables lied around without covers and not protected from insects :(

- location and view from the room - cleanliness - beach ( but pay attention that you need shoes to enter the water) and free sunbeds - good restaurant downstairs - a lot of restaurants around

The booking website didn’t say that the restaurant would be closed later in the season.  There were two groups there that had meals arranged, and the staff were kind enough to let us join their breakfast for a reasonable fee. 

Nice clean quiet, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Fresh towels every day and a fridge in the room. The building also has an elevator.  Right across the street from the beach.  Short walk from the promenade at Spile beach, where they were lots of restaurants to choose from.  Nice quiet community with a great beach.

The room is exactly what is shown in the photos, with a beautiful view of the beach, and it is very clean. The breakfast, despite few options, was delicious. Finally, the beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful and good for spending the day.

If you choose the room with the view on the beach it can be a bit noisy during the night and also during season it’s really hard to find parking place because it’s free street parking.

Hotel is really nice, it’s across the beach. Room have been cleaned everyday. Service was good and they also provide service on the beach. You have couple of options for breakfeast most of them are variety of eggs.

The AC was not working at all even though we have reported it but no repair or room replacement was offered. The breakfast is quite poor without tea or coffee and considering the additional price for breakfast, it is better to go with option without breakfast and take breakfast somewhere else. Bed was noisy and had footboard which is bad for taller people.

A strange anomaly since everything else was a high standard, but the pillows are rock hard. We asked for softer pillows but just got another rock hard one! What lets this place down is the staff. Every one from the owners to the waiters are gruff, and grumpy to the point of rudeness. We were greeted and issued keys with the friendliness of a Gestapo Officer. It really felt like they hated their jobs and would rather be elsewhere. Absolutely not the famous Albanian hospitality we expected. They need to learn to chill out, smile and be friendly. It became a running joke for us that every single order we made in the restaurant was different to the menu descriptions. This is quite common in Albania and most likely partly caused by language problems. - Bruchetta was meant to have Basil, but was served with none, despite having large pots of fresh basil in the garden - Lamb ribs were served as a poor cut of lamb chop - Cappuccino was weird to the point of undrinkable

Amazing location across the road from the beach. Himarë is in two parts - the North half is very busy and hectic. This hotel is on the south side of the hill and is much nicer. 10 minutes walk to the busy action if you want it. In general the hotel is very high quality. Bathroom is beautiful, beds comfortable, restaurant is clean. Could do with bedside plugs and lamps, but we heard there will be a renovation next season that should take care of this. Parking is included in the price buy be aware it is street parking and almost impossible on the weekend with the volume of traffic. Police appear to be vigilant everyday issuing fines.

Our fridge(its pretty old) in the room kept making noises. Last night got pretty bad and kept waking me up.

We had a perfect view to the beach! In the morning I could practically jump in to the ocean from bed. Everything was super clean. Staff is super nice. Breakfast is constantly well tended.

​The boy who greeted us at the hotel tried to charge us 20 euros more than he should have, and he did the same thing to the couple in front of us who were also just arriving. Other than that, everything was fine.
